Rich flavor
Was taught how to make Pho from Vietnamese grandma using this mix as a backup when I don't have all the other ingredients. This makes a rich broth.

Love it
We love PHO...and had a recipe to use the left over turkey from Thanksgiving..it worked perfectly. Didn't look or smell like a big deal, but oh boy when it started boiling it brought out the real taste of PHO to my dish!

Must buy to make pho
The best when making a quick pho! Just add to water or broth, salt to taste with beef/ chicken flavoring and you’re done! Add to noodles, veggies and meat! My family loves it!

Bagged ripped
Worked great for chicken pho but the bag broke easily while boiling chicken bones.

Will burst into your soup
Because when you try to remove or it the bad will break and you will have a bunch of powdered spice in your pho

Makes 16 cups hence 4 liters water per instructions
Excellent spice pack. 4 "tea bags per box" makes 16 cups per bag.You must still add fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger, onion and rock sugar.I made quick pho with 4 cups beef broth, 12 cups water, 1 Tbs fish sauce, 1 Tbs soy sauce, 1 piece ginger, 1/2 onion, 1inch piece rock sugar, and 1 pho hoa spice pack. Excellent, will buy again.

Totally Tasteless
The soup was totally tasteless. I can't help wondering if the English preparation instructions are incorrect, since the Vietnamese people said they got good results. Maybe they followed the Vietnamese instructions? The English instructions say to use one spice pack for 4 liters of water, to take care to keep the spice pack from breaking, and to remove the pack before serving. Perhaps the spice pack should have been emptied into the soup?
