Q: The ingredients are very basic (doesn't even include the work "spices"). What makes this any different than Spicy Brown mustard?

A creole website that I follow states “The distinguishing feature of creole mustard is that it has a unique spicy taste with chiles, molasses, and herbs.” I ordered this, and as stated, basically got brown mustard. Not thrilled.

Q: Is this at all like popeyes Mardi Gras mustard?

I've never had the Popeyes mustard, but this is the best mustard on earth. All New Orleanians put it on every sandwich. Buy some.

Q: Can this be used in place of stoned ground mustard❓

Depending on the recipe, our Zatarain's Creole Mustard Squeeze Bottle, 12 oz. can be used in place of stone ground mustard. ~JM
