My old charger I've had for 5-6 years is finally failing me. I wanted a new charger that had the ability to charge my phones, watch, and other devices. This charger was great and time tested on a recent trip. The portably makes it easy to put in a bag or suitcase. I'm able to charge all of my devices at night or while out on the go. We are taking a trip to Disney soon where this will be very useful to top off all our phones while trying to book all our rides/food. Durability seems to be great but this is plastic and will break if you drop it too many times on hard surfaces. Having 3 different charging methods makes the functionality a big plus. I hope this battery bank and charger will last me as long as my old one.

It is small, light, and takes up little space. It can charge my iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. When I was on the high-speed train, my phone ran out of power. I used it to charge more than half of it in less than half an hour, and my watch was also fully charged. It is really practical!

I also had trouble with the Apple Watch charger not working. Joan in their customer service very quickly sent me another charger and that one charged my watch in no time. It is a little big and heavy but attached charger cables for lightening and C along with the watch charger makes it well worth it and the 20,000 power too.

Not only can it charge my phone and watch at the same time, but it also charges very quickly, completely solving my battery life problem. It is compact in design and takes up almost no space in my bag, which really solves my big problem. It is a lifesaver during travel, highly recommended!

I am on a trip right now and took this with me for the first time. The Apple Watch charger does not work and now I will have a dead watch for the duration of the trip thanks to this useless thingEDIT: I am changing the stars to 3 because their customer service has been great and they did give me my money back and sent me a different charger. The reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is that the new charger looks different and is not the flat shape that I could fit into my purse anymore. but regardless their customer service is great!Ok another EDIT:Took this new charger on a trip with me to Cancun and the Apple Watch charger just stopped working out of nowhere and my Apple Watch has been dead for the last 5 days!

Overall a great power bank with a long battery life. It’s slightly larger than I thought and not heavy at all so it’s suitable for travel and everyday carry. I also like the Apple Watch charging feature so I can pack less cables when traveling.

The battery life is amazing and the practicality to charge so many devices and at the same time. For faster charge speed it is best to charge one device at a time. Its a bit heavy but feels extremely high quality. Love the additional USB ports as well.

Very cool product! Works better than my old charger and has the plus that I never need to bring my extra watch charger along - very convenient and feels very high quality, charging speeds seem solid!
