Stainless steel. No evidence of corrosion after a few months. No leaks. The swivel works better and with less resistance than the internal swivel on my SGS28 spray gun. I used one at the machine end and one between the two hoses I have strung together. Makes coiling and uncoiling pressure washer hose super easy.

After reading some responses, brass vs. stainless steel, I decided on this one. After receiving it and before actually using it did indeed feel kind of tight. After installing it and testing it I can say that it does a verygood job of allowing the hose to untangle itself. Even with the pressure washer on, it turns freely. As a plus NO leaks! With the pressure washer on (at 2250 psi) it turned so easy, compared to before installing it. With a 50 ft hose this is a must, without it you would spent more time stopping what you're doing to untangle the hose. A real pain having to untangle the hose frequently, but now I don't have to.

I purchased 4 swivels. I added one swivel at the base of the pump and the first hose, this hose is extremely stiff and only about 20 in length. Then I add a second swivel at the end of the hose with a quick connect. I attached a second more flexible hose. At the end of the flexible hose I added a 3rd swivel and another quick connect to make it easier to attach different hose cleaning implements. These swivels did not leak and make rolling up the pressure washer hoses a lot easier. Great product, highly recommend.

I recently purchased my first pressure washer (gas) and I enjoyed cleaning my vehicles, decks, siding, carport, lawnmower and a few other things. I've ran maybe four tanks of fuel through it and by that time I was very agitated by a tangled hose (50' + 25'). Although having purchased a gun wand helps, being forced to stop in the middle of a cleaning process to untangle the hose is irritating to me, to say the least.I installed one of the two Boltigen swivels the day after they arrived. I attached a male QC connector to the swivel and it plugs directly into the bottom of the wand. I was able to use the pressure washer once after installing the swivel and then cold weather hit.O.M.G. this swivel is a game changer for me. I cleaned a small SUV (CR-V) and a mid-sized SUV along with some concrete and a little siding that day. The addition of the swivel made the tasks much easier for me and it also drastically improved overall efficiency. The twisted hose problem was literally driving me up the wall and I had searched for a good swivel for months but I refused to pay $80 + for a superior quality swivel.This was an excellent purchase! I didn't realize this was a twin pack until I opened the box and boy was I surprised. I didn't pay attention to the "2Pcs" at all before I started reading reviews. This swivel fitting has definitely improved my pressure washing experience. For the price I was only expecting a single swivel fitting.I'm hoping the durability of these stainless steel swivels allow them to function for a couple of years at least.Pros: pricing, build materials/quality, functionality, availabilityCons: none thus far

I like these. In the past, it seemed I was periodically having to try and untwist the hose while using my pressure washer. This additional accessory helps greatly with that.Minor thing to consider is that due to the turning nature of these fittings, you may need a wrench to ensure you install and secure the hose end on sufficiently. Easy to do but just be aware.Like the fact they include/provide two fittings. I used one on the wand end and another at the base of the pump. You can decide to use just one on either end to provide improved assistance with the hose and either keep the other as a spare or use somewhere else but decided to utilize both for max freedom of hose movement on the pressure washer.

If your are using your pressure washer a lot and you don't have swivel connectors on your handle it can be a pain. Get swivel connectors and your hands will thank you

When I first put this in the middle of the wand on my pressure washer I noticed there was a little play in the swivel and I wondered if it would become a problem. After I started the pressure washer and began working with it I checked to see if this would swivel while under full pressure (2700 PSI) and I found it swivels nice and smoothly under that pressure. This makes it much easier to control the angle of the spray fan so I can more easily work in situations where I need to change that angle often.

These Boltigen swivel fittings can help prevent kinks in your pressure hose as you move around while doing a job. They're really easy to install - they even come with teflon tape - and remain water tight in use.One note: The swivel joints are a bit stiff coming out of the box (a good thing) so be sure to loosen them up before installing by giving them a few twists back and forth.
