I was able to put exactly 150lb of sand into it.
I got exactly 150lb of all purpose sand in this bag. Its supposed to be tight with the intended amount and it seems perfect to me. You're going to have to lift and drop the bag repeatedly to settle the sand, and toward the end, push the sand to the sides of the inner top surface in order to completely fill it. Weigh your sand bags. Mine were 62.5lb each. Also dry them before putting them in.

Decent rogue alternative
Holding up after a solid month of use. Only gripe is that I have to re-zip and Velcro it after a couple of weeks of use. Not a big deal though considering the cost savings compared to Rogue.

Love it.
Love the 100lbs. A bunch of workouts in and zero complaints. Ordered the 150lbs already.

Worth every penny
High quality sandbag. Made of tough durable material and I have no doubt it's going to hold up to the abuse I put it through. This is an excellent strength and conditioning tool. Worth every penny.

Good Initial Impression so far….
I’ve never done any kind of sandbag training, but decided to give it a go, as I normally train with barbells/kettlebells. I ended up buying the 100lb bag as it was fairly inexpensive compared to competitors and it appeared to have the same design to secure the bag. I went to Home Depot and bought Two 50lb bags of play sand for about $7 each and loaded the bag up.I literally just got the bag, but I did a quick workout with tossing the bag over my shoulder and bear hug squats and it feels great so far. No tears and no sand has come out yet. Will update as I continue to train with it, but if you’re someone who wants to add some variety to your training then I’d consider trying this bag out, as it appears to be well made. I also have two weight plates for a 5.11 weight vest made by this same brand and again, no complaints with this company or their products so far. They’re priced fairly and have been solid so far.Edit: I’d also like to add that reviewers such as Zillatech should get a one star in reading skills/comprehension, as the product description clearly states the sand is not included and must be purchased separately. That review is also fairly dramatic, as I said in my review the play sand I bought from Home Depot only cost about $7 per 50lb bag of sand used to fill my bag. I initially wanted a Rogue bag or a Cerberus, but these were more affordable and I’ve seen no signs of wear or leakage since using and tossing the bag around in my garage gym on horse stall mats.
