This is a toy and so will not be a cheap substitute for the real "agony bags" that we know and love so well. It does need fairly strong lungs to inflate the bag and the sound is a bit naff. That said, it served my purpose as a prop for a "musical" event that I held for my friends so it is a very good party piece. Given the above comments, I would recommend this product.
