These are not sized like traditional (step in) sanitary undergarments. We purchased these for my dad and he wears a large in the traditional sanitary undergarments where you step into them like underpants. These are just like baby diapers where they open fully and have tabs in the front to keep them closed. They are easier to use on bed-bound persons. We had to size up for this style vs. traditional style. Dad wears a large in traditional and XL in these. Other than the size difference, these are a good product. Holds urine without leakage. Easy to use.

This item is very well made and makes changing easy once you get the tabs correct by unpeeling them left to right. The price is just right the padding is enough and you can get booster pads to stick inside for extra cushion and absorbance etc.

Learned about this product at re hab hospital. Very absorbant. Fit well. Strong.

I mean they do the deed, but the absorption is not what I thought it would be for the brand and the price. I mean might as well buy the Walmart brand and the y do about the same, and those are a lot cheaper!!

Fits right. And is absorbent/adhesive is strong /size is just as described and value for the money.

The size is way off They were at least two inches smaller than what I ordered but my hubby used them for our cat that is old and has bladder problems They worked for that I'm glad he found a use for them
