So the cushion of the mask I recieved is not ...

So the cushion of the mask I recieved is not inflated properly it flat. Also the size is really small as a nurse i am use to the neonatal mask fitting 5 to 8 lb babys this one will bee more for 4 to maybe 6 lbs. The company shipped quickly and in proper packaging but this doesnt meet my needs I had to order with another company.
