I’m pleased with this product. I have been using it for years. Can’t get it in the shops anymore so I’m buying via Amazon.

I think there is quite a lot of sugar in them? Also not clear on bottle how much you need for daily intake? It says 200mg but not the RI? I could be wrong, these things are complicated but why not make it clearer?
