I'm not sure why, but about 2/3's into the shampoo bottle, it has turned to pure liquid. Anyone else have this happen? I don't really smell a fragrance, either, though others say it smells great. The conditioner, on the other hand, smells like a men's cologne to me! And it takes a LOT of rinsing to get it all out, plus leaving a slick residue all over my skin as it rinses out. I've been using it daily for well over a month, and I really do not see any improvement thickness-wise, but it does leave my very fine multi-grey hair silky soft when dry.

Have used another Biotin shampoo and conditioner for years, but my hair is dry after use. Tried this one, and it is the only one I will use from now on. Have used it for several weeks, so can say this leaves hair soft yet full and does not get greasy and need to be washed as much.
