Good enough for the job in hand
While these are fairly cheap & do the job as required, you have to be careful because they need to be lined up exactly or they don't connect. I found this out when 1 was slightly overlapping and the magnets would catch the larger screw on the plate instead of the plate itself. It's not a product flaw at all as it was me who mis-aligned them, but there is only a few mm at best to play with.

I used these to attach a dustbin lid to a water butt

Screws supplied were too long
I wanted to put these on an IKEA wardrobe. The screws would have gone through the wood and out the other side.
