Great bag for groceries, but those back straps...
I bought this bag to mostly wear on my back while I'm riding my bike running errands (groceries, etc...) and it's an excellent bag for this. Compartments inside hold spare reusable shopping bags, plastic bags for wet items, etc and they're generically sized so you can use them in a ton of different ways. Waterproof zippered pockets outside are vertical so you can get to your phone, wallet, etc very easily.The ONLY reason I'm not giving it 5 stars at this point is that while the back pack straps are comfortable even with a heavy load, they are rather thick and when you’re on a road bike they tend to dig into the sides of your neck a bit, and so does the space between the straps behind your neck. If you have a heavy load, you strap the bag tight, and I find they rub on the back of my neck and it's best to wear a collared shirt or sweater to avoid irritating/rubbing your skin.If they fixed this part of the design, I'd say it's damn near a perfect bag for the price and one I'm otherwise very happy with.

A spacious yet medium sized gym bag or a casual bag for travelling. Shoulder traps are comfortable and adjustable to put on. It has got good covers for water protection.

This duffel makes a perfect gym bag and school bag. The multi-purpose handles work as described, either carry on or backpack. It is roomy enough to hold gym shoes and towel, or books.

Neat Item
I got this bag really fast as it took only 2 days for me to received it. I thought it was just a duffle bag, but it can actually convert itself into a backpack which is pretty awesome. I stuffed a bunch of stuff in there including a laptop and it seemed to fit everything. The material seems to be water resistant, but I have not used it yet so i cant really tell for sure. On the side, there is a usb plug which is good for you to put a battery pack to charge your phone etc and not have too many strings exposed. I would definitly buy another one of these soon if this one ever wears out.

Large capacity
This backpack is great! We were able to fly with it as a carry on in Stockholm, Paris, Iceland and London. Easy to carry and can fit quite a bit of clothes. Recommend this if you want to pack light for a trip to Europe. We were there for 7 days.
