A staple in our house!
This is the 3rd time I've ordered this brand of almond flour. We use it for our keto breads, breading/coatings, pizza crust, and are just starting to experiment with using it for making desserts.The flavor is great and the texture is soft and fluffy, perfect for cooking and baking! Try mixing about 1/3 cup almond flour with a cup of any flavor crushed pork rinds (try the hot and spicy....yum) and your favorite spices. Dip raw chicken pieces, chicken breast, or chicken strips in egg, then coat in almond flour/pork rind mixture and either pan fry or bake until done. So good!

Fresh Flour; Nearly as fine as Best Seller; Some skins in flour; Cannot reseal bag; 10 Mos. Until Expiration
The flour smelled great and was definitely fresh. A tad less fine than the best-seller on Amazon, but this didn't pose a problem in baking. Two problems were: (1) I found bits of skin in the mix, which I had to weed out while the flour was measured for recipes. (2) The bag would not reseal, and three people tried to get it closed. Ordered 5/27/18; Expiration date 03/13/19. I would buy this flour again.

Batches are not the same...
(I picked up a bag of this from Walmart - great pricing, super light in color, superfine consistency. Made excellent macarons.)Ordered a bag from Amazon - different color, different consistency, and left a very stale, dry aftertaste in the mouth, EVEN after cooking.This was a disappointment; I wouldn't want to buy macs made with this flour.

This stuff works for everything. And doesn’t break the almond bank.
I love this product! I am a low carb eater so I substitute almond flour in pretty much every recipe that would call for flour. It’s hard to find one that’s fine ground. This one is. (It works better in most recipes. ) not only is it a great product, but for how expensive almost flour usually is, this product is very reasonably priced. I save about 15 bucks in total buying this larger bag than 3 smaller ones of a different brand at Albertsons. With prime it has NEVER taken longer than 2 days to receive.

Nice easy flowing flour.
I liked the ease of scooping it and it baked up very nicely. The blanched almond flour was great. The only thing I didn't care for was the bread itself. The taste was okay, but the texture and lack of rising was not impressive.
