NeeMee Women's 1920s Gastby Sequin Embellished Fringed Flapper Dress

It's a beautiful dress however it definitely runs small. I am 5 ft 9 and a size 16 I ordered the largest size after reading reviews and the product sizing. This dress was laughable. It barely fit and looked ridiculous it was way to short (didn't even cover my bum) and the tassles were falling off before I even attempted to wear it. I will say the beading does seem to be of good quality though. Over all I'm super disappointed because this waa supposed to be my new years eve dress and now it's less than a week before and I'm scrambling to find another dress and had my heart set on this one. It's a shame that women that are voluptuous have to be considered "plus size" when the plus size options are few and far between unless we want to wear a moo moo with tassles.

The product was nice. As mentioned in other reviews, it's difficult to go potty with this dress on! The under part of the dress, is shorter than you think, you notice it more when you SIT DOWN, but it was appropriate for a 50+ year old to wear, and a 20 something year old could wear it and be styling very nicely. I didn't want to spend too much on a dress for a one time occasion and I was extremely pleased. I received several compliments. I highly recommend. My dress was black and red. I also saw the dark green in the same dress at the wedding, but it wasn't noticeable to others, but it was also a very lovely dress!!

I do like the style. However, I am 5'4", bust 36", waist 29", hips 40". I got the large due to it's supposed to be form fitting. The large in the chart states it's 37" for the hips. I received the dress and it was about 3 inches too big everywhere. Disappointed. I don't want to have to pay for shipping to send it back. I went by the chart, so it was not my fault for the sizing being off so much. There were also threads that were not sewn. I gave it 3 stars because of shipping was on time, and I generally like Amazon, otherwise, I would have given it 2 stars.

This dress is beautiful! I got a small and the top is on the larger side so if you have big breasts it may fit perfect. The middle and hip part fit me well, just loose on top. I may have to try to get it altered a bit to fit comfortably so I don't flash everyone on accident! I am 5'5" 140lbs and wear 32B bra.

The dress fit ok?!?!?! I though it would be longer. Im a shaky 14 loose 16 (Very Full Figured). I expected it to be a little longer. The only thing that saved me was the stockings. Don't purchase for summer if your full figured. Your heinie will be ALL OUT!!!! Dark stockings is a must!!!!! But otherwise it worked for my Gatsby event!!!!!

I ordered this dress in the fabulous gold and black pattern for a Miss Fisher's costume at Gencon. It worked splendidly and I was easily recognized by the Australian booth owners who lived in the very area where the series took place!The only tip I would give is to get a size up since the flapper look is supposed to be a bit looser than what you would expect. I usually wear a medium and got a large just to keep to the authentic loose fit. Great buy for anyone looking to dress for the era!

Great dress and great buy. I am full figured and comfortably wear a size 12. The dress gets to right above my knees and my hips and behind are thick. I love it. Definitely order one size larger than what you normally would wear.
