Don’t buy this product. It is cheap junk. You quickly realize, get what you pay for.The product arrived broken, bars were bent and plastic caps were cracked and useless . These caps are supposed to hold the smaller bar securely so it doesn’t slide in and out of the larger bar that it’s connected to. The smaller bars are the extension pieces to make the barrier wider…they become useless if they are not secured tightly and easily pushed back into the larger bar or fall off completely. This was horrible to put together and took me roughly 45 minutes to get it in place. I’m going to have to tape the smaller bar where it meets the larger bar to keep it from sliding back-and-forth and to secure it. Oh, and it rattles in the back while you’re driving..very annoying.

The attatchment to the head rest is terrible and very unstable. my headrest metal post that is suppost to be used to attach your divider does not fit as my post is bigger than your little attatchment.I have a infiniti QX60very disatified

I have a cheap Cherokee 2019. This was confusing to put in. The instructions are super vague. I had to use the amazon pictures to help put it together. The screws for the bottom portion to put through the head rest were too short to use. But it still functions. I don’t think my dog will be able to get through or knock it down. I do like how it doesn’t take away any trunk space, that’s helpful for when I have two dogs back there. I didn’t give it five stars because of the confusing instructions.

One of the plastic pieces was broke, difficult to set up and not as sturdy as I was hoping for, it doesn’t it well in my Nissan Xterra

Would have worked great but I was concerned about the product wearing down the ceiling of my car or leaving indentations after securing the barrier so I returned it and bought one that attaches to the the head rest. If wear and tear on your car isn’t a concern this should work out just fine.

Big mistake on my part going with the least expensive option. This thing is garbage. It doesn’t stay up, theRe is no way to make the tension right enough without it putting too much strain on the lower attachments/pieces. The side bars extend but no way to tighten them in place they just slide in and out. 3 of the 4 horizontal bars are all connected to the lower of the 2 vertical bars so you can’t evenly space them. It leaves 3 very low bars and the last one you just have to divide the difference. Really poor design. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something worth your money. This was a total waste.

Put it together in 10 minutes. Clamps onto the headrest rails. Will work great for a behaved dog but may drop if the animal fights with it. Does not block rear view and the dog feels like they are with you and not caged. Super fast shipper and good comms. Highly recommend this product and seller. Super service.It has been installed 2 weeks now and the dog loves it. She looks out, sleeps and watches her family with no whining or problems at all. Easy to install. Easy to use and easy on the dog and us.

I'm really disappointed. There was no clear instructions on how to put it in the car. It wouldn't fit right at all and kept falling down. I was hoping to have this in place for the long car ride tomorrow. Parts came broken, the rods that slide out and push against the sides of the car keep pushing back in instead of staying out. The little plastic around the rods were broken on 3 spots. All in all I'm extremely disappointed with this product.I was able to send it back and get a refund so thank you customer service.
