Item delivered today, used once for around 10 minutes and already falling to bits.The on/off switch fell out of the casing and cannot be inserted back as it does not fit flush.The bag is of poor quality. The bag does not appear to fit the dimensions of the unit. The zip track has two fasteners, only one on both tracks and the other loose. With gentle pressure the zip has come completely off the tracks and the stitching is starting to come apart from the bag.Really nice machine other than these minor faults. Powerful enough for domestic use for the log burner.Might have been made on a Friday....

The product it's good I have not had the chance to use it so I can not comment about its performance sadly it was not what I was looking for,

Happy with the chainsaw. It’s not expensive, and it was a lot better quality Than I expected.Simple to build if you follow the instructions, takes about 20mins.Easy to start, runs well. Cuts well.
