I was looking for something really different for my pain/inflammation issues and ran across this. The reviews were good so I decided to give it a try since my plantar fasciitis had resurfaced again and I was generally having inflammation issues as well. I started with the Recovery dose of 2 capsules twice daily. All I can say is after just a couple of days my pain was almost gone! Plantar pain was diminished more than anything I've tried yet! Plus, this supplement is easy on my stomach. I'm wearing cute sandals today because I CAN! I highly recommend this product. I think it has helped my arthritis issues in my hands and wrists too. I was recently diagnosed with "Plantar Fasciitis" in my left foot. Anyone who has had this foot inflammation problem knows it is very PAINFUL to the point you have trouble standing on your feet and walking. So, I started researching what supplements could be taken to relieve the inflammation. I am 67 years young and I am very active. I have been taking this for around 6 months now, without knowing if it was actually helping. I have degenerative arthritis. I stopped taking it for about 10 days. By day 10, I went to stand up and my right leg completely stopped working. I was frantic. I began grabbing every collagen supplement in my house(I have a variety of collagen powders) and downed those along with 4 of these each day for the next 3 days.
