Okay so my 2 year old opener the 1st door before I could even get the knob on the 2nd but he is just one of those kids who can get into ANY and EVERY thing. For the price I can't complain. 6 knob cover plus 10 outlet covers for$11.99. There are doors he cannot open so it may be that the door he opened was cause it's old and not because the covers dont work because they do. Took less than a second to put on and fit every single doorknob in my home regardless of size or shape. And they're very easy for me to open unlike some that can be a pain for adults. My apt is EXTREMELY old so I'll just assume he opened that first door because it's loose. The other 5 seem to be doing the trick so its my door not the product. Being that every other product costs more and comes with less I see no reason not to go for these. They serve their purpose come with extra items and cost the least.....Id recommend and Id buy again (It was also a nice coincidence that I have 4 floors and like 15 doors but only needed to cover EXACTLY 6 lol and every other manufacturer wants more money for 6 when this does the trick or they want the same amount but it doesn't include the 10 outlet covers)

I have 6 kids born over 3 decades, currently the youngest is 3 and the oldest is 22. Also my 2 boys are autistic and prone to extra exploration/escaping. We just moved into a brand new mobile home with circle faux stainless steel doorknobs.Most of the time it’s me and my 3 & 5 year old at home while the older children are at school. I have these on most every door in the house now, but one of the biggest ways these have helped restore peace is that now my toddlers can’t get into older siblings’ bedrooms & make a mess. The flap that lifts up to allow you to access the lock, if present, is quite helpful. The other big plus of these is that you can grab the doorknob through the holes and open it that way OR grab the inserts in the plastic, apply pressure to those and open the door that way. I’ve found it interesting that myself, husband & teenagers all have different ways of opening the doors, but we all can; and the toddlers can NOT. They’ve even mostly given up trying!(As a side note, I mentioned we have one on our front door as well as a child prone to wandering. I would NOT recommend this as your sole line of defense to keep your precious kiddo inside. We also have a deadbolt, a chain as well as a door alarm)

Worked better then others I have bought... My 3 yr old twins have been able to break 2 of them off the door jobs but they still work well enough to give me time to chase them down before they get out/in...I think my older children have a harder time using them lol

This door knob cover fits different knob types. There are 2 holes on the sides of the cover that are supposed to allow you to grip the knob to turn it, we have found it to be very difficult for even our older children (ages 7, 8 and 13) to open the doors with these covers on them but it definitely keeps the 2 year old from opening. One of the cover did break when trying to remove it. I really like that it has protection flap to keep from turning the lock.

These are the only ones I could find that protected the lock on the front of my handle. They are really big on the knobs and look really dumb, but they work. It's hard to get use to them at first and it does get frustrating to get out of the room sometimes, but my son isn't locking himself in any rooms anymore!

That will help my 2 year old son stay out of rooms he isn't suppose to be in. But they are a little big on our door knobs. They don't fit perfectly!!

Great door covers, love the lock cover. It was easy to install and hard to get off which is great. The plug cover are awesome too. Hard to go in and hard to get out. That’s exactly what I was looking for because my child was able to take my old set apart easily.

I have small round door knobs and these dangle on them, however it stays on the knob and my child cannot open the doors anymore.
