Environmentally safe and effective cleaning
I like this product however it is not exactly as described, the soap nuts are all broken and crumbly so they do not last the ten washes suggested, more like 5. Also be careful with the small bag to ensure it is tightly tied or it opens and the nuts disperse. Other wise washing is certainly clean and smells good and I am happy to be being more environmentally protective :)

Okay
Could be better. The grocery store soapnuts provide better lather.

Don't believe everything you read in the description
In just two-three washes the soapnuts disintegrate. Certainly do not last for ten washes like the seller claims they will. Also you need to add at least ten soapnuts for the clothes to be cleaned.

Too costly
Does the job, but too costly. Costs Rs. 940 for a kilogram, costlier than most variety of dry fruits. Shouldn't be this pricey, sellers are just hiking the price. I remember selling the local variety for Rs. 5 (five) a kilogram in my childhood, 1990s, that too 100% organic, not even manured. Now everyone wants organic and everything claims organic and people try to make money out of it

Good to recommend a fd to try
The first time I use this nuts to replace my liquid detergent. The clothes were very soft after wash without putting softener. This is good. But the stains in clothes seems still there and the smell of clothes are still there. I’m not so sure abt the effectiveness of cleaning clothes by this natural product. But this worth a trial. I think it’s good to use baby clothes.

Overpriced
In same sites you will get 1kg for 180-250rs. It is just 250gm Not for very dirty laundry like kids and baby clothes. Ok for daily washing.
