I love how handy this product is. Especially useful for rural India where we do not have supermarkets that offer grated coconuts. I especially liked the fact that the company itself cares a lot for its customers and asked for a feedback on the product packing. Just goes to show that they the want to know if we are happy with them. Loved the personalized touch. I am glad to be of some help to start ups like these that care. Good product! Saves time, energy and is convenient! Just what I was looking for! Hopefully you come out with something lighter next time. Something handier that maybe combines the hand-mixie with all of these instruments as this on its own is a little steep financially. But since ours is a joint family, it makes a lot of sense to buy this as we cook in big quantities.

Product is OK and delivery also good.But..1. This product is not useful for home use. So kindly don't purches for home use.2. Steme is small, so not properly insert into coconut shell, so need to struggle.3. On off button is very far, so not easy and handy to start and stop.4. Teeth are big, so coconut cuts in big size. Not fit for Indian kitchen.So my request to seller that modify it accordingly Indian kitchen requirements and then sell.And buyer don't buy this until, these problems get fixed.

It is not an easy to use product for housewives:1. It is very heavy. Resembles more to a drilling machine2. There is a bulky power supply unit3. The switch of the unit is far away from the grip where one will be holding the machine. So, if one is needed to switch off the unit, he has to either leave the coconut or to leave machine running and the switch off.4. Coconut scrapes spilling is a big issue5. Not at all friendly for elderly women

The product is just about OK. The scraper blade does not seem to be of very good quality steel. May not last for a long time. The seller should have provided an extra scraper blade as it is only this part which will get worn off and needs to be replaced. Also, it does not seem to be an expensive part and so for the user's benefit an extra blade would have proved useful as otherwise you have get it from the Kerala manufacturer which is troublesome.

Bought this without being sure of the quality. Didn't know how safe it was either. Having used this product for over a year, I thought I should review this. This is easily the best that I have come across. The scraper is very safe, doesn't cut if you accidentally touches your hand. The motor is quite good and powerful, and the process is quite efficient. Once you get used to it, you can do it quite fast. The only thing that I wished for was other mounting options, this requires you to have a reasonably strong wrist to press the scraper to the coconut constantly. Mine did not have a switch on the hand held unit, the ones I see here seem to have that, so that's fixed. Overall an outstanding product, I would recommend highly

Thoroughly disappointed and saddened with this purchase and even though I had high and lofty expectations of this product! Firstly both speeds are too low to scrape out coconut kernel which is always so fibrous. So totally unsuitable and impractical design. Secondly the crown shaped tool does not have sharp enough edges to scrape out the coconut kernel and finally, in future, it will NOT be possible to sharpen the crown tool. No mention too if a replacement of the crown tool will be given.

It was bit difficult in the first time. But from the second time it is easy. You just need to follow the tips mentioned in user manual. I will try to take a video and will upload here.. the knife sharpener along with it is also useful. Adapter box is bit heavy.. overall it is a good product... my mother and wife like it so much...
