Works great !
Great product. I have spent a lot of money in the past on rechargeable dental irrigators and they only lasted about a year. I got tired of spending that much money every year, so I decided to try this one out. It was about half the price and I think it works just as well. It even has a rechargeable base, which my other ones didn’t have. I used to have to plug in a cord to the unit every time I wanted to charge it. Now, I can just set this one on the base each time I am done using it and it is ALWAYS charged and ready to go. No more running out of battery power in the middle of using it. I have only used it a few months now, so I don’t know how long it’ll last, but even if it only lasts a year, like my others...... at least when I replace it, I won’t have spend near as much. Very pleased.

Great cordless water flosser
Love it! I have a waterpik WP100 water flosser and it can't be charged so I have to leave it near the sink all the time. The Waterpik one has designing problem. The edge of the stander is so sharp that the flexible plastic tubing wears out very easily and I have to use tap to protect the tubing. Still after one year of use and I had to order a replacing tubing. But this TEC Bean cordless water flosser fixes all the problem. no cord and no tubing, no hassle! Even the water container size is smaller than the Waterpik WP100 's, but I think it is enough for one time flossing. You can easily refill the container if you want to floss one more time. I love the cordless one and even consider to get another one for work place usage to replace the regular floss.

Has a few downsides
I liked the Water Pik better. The OFF/ON switch on this one is hard to locate when you're using the product, so it's hard to shut off easily. Also, the reservoir is smaller and the tips aren't as comfortable as the WP rechargeable unit. I tried this one b/c the WP's kept failing after 2 years when the batteries refused to take a charge. This has a better charging system, and I'm hoping the batteries last a lot longer. But for the comfort I lost, I'd almost rather buy a new WP every 2-3 years.

A spectacular failure, but customer service really tries!
My old WalterPik broke during a move :( I was devastated.Having heard good things about the new cordless models, I decided to give this a try.The first unit I received was missing parts. The charging cable and the multiple heads. When I first asked to return the unit due to the above-mentioned reasons the company asked me to pay for the return. So I contacted Amazon, explained the reason behind the return, exactly the same way, and they contacted the company. This changed the whole scenario! Immediately the company offered to right the situation and send me a replacement. They also refunded the unit. The second unit did have everything, but I must admit I was not impressed. I have to refill the chamber multiple times in order to get the entire area of my mouth. I miss the constant pressure of the WaterPik. With this model, no matter the mode, sometimes the pressure is so strong it hurts, and other times it cuts off completely, despite being half full. It is hard to fill completely and I'm not sure how to remove the chamber so I can clean it. In the end, I decided to re-purchase my old water flosser.BTW, my dogs are definitely not fans.

Powerful
I like it. It has a very powerful output. The water compartment is very small and I have to refill it every time I use it. This is my first water flosser. I plan to use this one for travel and purchase a larger one for use at home.

Tip swivels all around like crazy
After reading all the 5 star ratings on this flosser, I ordered one and was disappointed to learn that the tip swivels around when using it. The only way to control it is to hold the tip and point it between teeth. This turned out to be a pretty messy experience. I compared it to flossers in local stores like the Water Pik which does not swivel around all the time. It only swivels when you move it yourself. I contacted the seller and their solution was to send me two new tips. Didn't help.

Great for massaging gums and cleaning between teeth!
I used to have the regular large water pic and didn't like it being on the counter all the time! This is compact and doesn't take up space. I was having an issue with my gums bleeding (heavy dark red bleeding). After about 2 days of using this a couple of times a day the pain and swelling is gone and now on the normal I am getting a small amount of light pink! An added plus is that it comes with a tote back so I can take it with me if I am in hospital or out of town!

Good one!
Every time I went to see a dentist, she always told me to clean out my teeth more and use floss. and this water flossed has helped me a lot . It is very easy to operate, and have several strength options to choose from. I had used it for half month now, i noticed how many food particles came out of my mouth even after flossing. and my gum and my teeth look much healthier. There is only one downside : the tank is little small I need to refill each time in order to finish the routine. Beside that, it did a wonderful job.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Arrived swiftly. Nicely packaged. I am delighted with this. After use my teeth felt clean, not unlike the feeling one has after a session with the dental hygienist. It's easy to use and the choice of settings is good, dependant upon which you require...I used the pulse for gum massage and the other two settings to clean the gum line between tooth and gum where they meet and where food can lodge and which brushing alone with my electric toothbrush cannot dislodgeFour heads are included, also a charging stand and carrying case,Previously I had a Waterpik and they are excellent, especially the generous water tank. But as a comparison this cleans equally as well. The only drawback is the need to keep refilling the water tank which is quite small. However, one can expect that in a hand held model and I was aware of that when I ordered it. And it only takes a matter of secondsI would recommend this. Oral health is vital and being able to self help to maintain one's gums and teeth is not to be underestimated.

On buying this device, I was not sure what to expect. The reviews I read helped me choose the TEC.BEAN and I am pleased that I did. The flosser arrived quickly and I set it up, not that a lot of set up was needed, and readied the flosser for use. The first go was a bit of a trial, not knowing what to expect, and used two fills to accomplish the deed. After several goes I have acheived a happy medium and now floss with just one refill using the pulse program. Additionally, I have found that if I use a small amount of mouth wash in with the water, I achieve most of what I want, namely a nice clean feeling. Well worth the money and I recommend this device to newbies and advanced users.

Good for travel
OK so its never going to out perform a mains unit and the water tank is small, but that said its a great little unit.i bought it back July 2018 for 7 week trip to US, and its still going strong. The good bits....Easy to charge, just find a mini USB to standard USB and plug it in to anything with USB port and it will charge.Small and light weight easy to pack and use.Easy to operate and fill.Powerful enough to do the job.Now the not so good bits....Watch out for the USB charging port, its a little flimsy so don't push pull too hard.Be careful opening the water tank, its easy to pull the lid off, and while it goes back on easy it may fail if done too often. The water tank is a bit small but that's the trade off, just make up a bottle of luke warm water to top up easy.Little bit of a fumble to get the on/off button right, easy to change the mode by mistake, but no big deal.Nozzle heads are too straight for my liking, but easy to change. Just (and very carefully) half fill a mug with boiled water and Gently put the nozzle in point first, then gently apply pressure and bend the end to your liking. Don't do too much at a time its easy to bend it a bit more but difficult to straighten if you go too far!!!!Overall I say get it, mine was around £40 last year so at £22.99 (June 2019) its a bargain, I would get another if this one fails.I did get the 2 free heads by email from company, although they were reluctant to send until I reviewed but I told them I would review once I used it, so here it is, I don't see any point in doing a review to say it was delivered OKps remember to rinse water tank with something like "miltons" or similar to remove any bacteria, I do mine once a month just a 15min soak with diluted miltons, fill it and run through, then rinse out.( that goes for any water flosser).

Excellent piece of kit!
I bought this flosser after owning another branded flosser and needing something small and compact for travel. This little gadget really works! I charged it fully before leaving and it has lasted a week so far. I use it on sensitive mode as the normal is a little strong, but it is still really effective. It really removes food buildup between the teeth. I am very impressed. Yes, it does take a couple of fills to clean your mouth completely as others have mentioned, but it is quick and easy to do this. My teeth feel lovely and clean as they do with my other flosser. Would thorough recommend this gadget if you need one.Quick tip - make sure it is in your mouth when you turn it on else you end up decorating the hotel mirror/ceiling!

FABULOUS FLOSSER!!
Totally impressed with this flosser! I’ve used several different ones over the years, from the trademark waterpik to cheaper end ones that just dont last... Used for 2 full months now & charged 3 times! Good force of water, my argument being to those whose say it makes their gums bleed is they need to see their dentist more often as they obviously have issues!! So impressed I’ve just purchased a 2nd one for my daughter who had a little try of it when she stayed over recently (& she is very particular about her teeth!!) .. And the fact that it’s a usb charger is fantastic!! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY😁
