Not too easy to cleab
The mats are easy to use. You literally throw them on the grill. In my opinion if you are using some type of marinade they are hard to clean. I noticed when I cleaned them (hand and by dishwasher) they leave a white residue .

I have a small grill and these mats cook beautifully.
They work great, and are relatively easy to clean with a medium brush under hot water.

Great mats
We always use these when we grill. Two side by side makes a regular grill like a griddle. Your steaks will still get grill marks. Great mats

Easy to use
I used it in the oven to bake sweet potatoes. After they were done, I picked up the mat on both sides and put it on the counter to cool. Easier than using aluminum foil and parchment paper.
