This is my first time trying this sort of thing. I heard it can sti,ulate hair growth. I was worried that it would create large holes in my skin, but it doesn't. There's no blood. Be sure to sterilize it first with alcohol before every use. You can't beat the price!

You get what you pay for. There were 2 columns of needles. The rest had no needles. Nothing where there were supposed to be hundreds of needles. Waste of money. Don’t buy

Squeaks a bit when using but works just fine, I like it. Hopefully with time, I’ll notice improvement in my skin.

I haven't had the product long but feel a similar effect from it that I do when I get the expensive micro pen. I plan to use once a week and combining with my face treatment products. I understand that this is supposed to help build collagen but this takes time. I will kno better down the road. I'm planning to get 3 more for my daughters. Very Reasonable oracle and u get vitamin c to go with it. So far very happy.
