This one looks really nice. When I open the box I almost cannot differentiate it from a rimowa. It feels sturdy and weights light. I'm happy they include some stickers inside, will be used sooner or later!I have this thing travelled with me for 3 checked flights. It works fine. Yes there are scratch and dents, but these are expected for aluminum material and even be considered as features by some manufacturers (like tumi). It's lighter and more spacious than my other luggages so I have more confidence filling it up. The wheels are flawless, I'm very satisfied by the decision to travel with this luggage instead of a USD1000 rimowa or tumi.

Excellent case. I was/ am worried about how far the wheels stick out, having lost wheels off of all kinds of cases, some less expensive than this one, and some more; but so far all four wheels are intact. Took the case on a multi-flight trip around Europe, and it was great. It took a few dents and scratches, but that's what it's for, right? Everything inside was good.Two of the clips have locks, and one does not. The unlockable one popped open on one flight, but luckily was not snapped off in transit. My experience tells me it's just a matter of time until it breaks, but more of that later, if it happens.I like that it has two clip-on organizers inside, rather than the usual one; it makes opening and closing the case easier, and the organizer pockets are well thought out.

Beautiful luggage. A little bit pricey but it’s worth every penny. Seems very durable and easy to handle. I love my red 20” carryon Just wondering when the red color of any size would be available again.

I spent more for this case than i usually would because of the advertisement of being "Designed for Reliability and High-Impact Resistance". I've had this case for 4 months now and it is no longer usable. One of the wheel base has been completely broken. It is made of plastic and the plastic cannot withstand the abuse of the airlines.There is no warranty information included with it either. I have had $50 luggage hold up much more than this. Its upsetting because I love the style and it looks great out of the box. But after one flight there were many scratches and lots of dents. As time has gone by its now majorly dented and deformed along with a completely broken wheel. I could live with the dents but the broken wheel makes it worthless. I paid $299 for it. I now see its over $500. I hope I can get a warranty repair and if so I plan on using some sort of resin to make the plastic wheel base durable. I highly suggest anyone that purchases this to do the same or you will be disappointed and stuck with a bent high dollar suitcases you can no longer use.

Great looking case, but one trip to Italy and all 4 bags were scratched and dented and one of the internal straps has already torn loose. Not what I expected for the price.

Sturdy and well made, I would say that this is a good suitcase with only a few small problems. Problem one is that there is a partition that is sewed into the case which makes it difficult to take anything large (not that bad) and problem two is that it doesn't stay pretty very long. When I got this case, I was very impressed with the finish. It looked very good when I got it but one trip overseas and it is no longer very pretty. Scratches, dents, and dings are ALL OVER this case. Aluminum is very light but sadly it does not take a beating very well and clearly baggage handlers and conveyor belts are not friendly to this suitcase.My recommendation is to get a neutral color so that the scratches are less obvious. (I got the blue)

I travel a lot for my job and needed a suitcase with all the perks: a wide top to put my backpack on, high quality wheels, and good locks. This suitcase delivers on all three and also looks incredibly nice. I bought and returned a Travel King alum / mag which was nice but not as nice and durable as this one. This one seems to have thicker grade aluminum and just feels more like metal. The only issue I have with this case is that the Product Description says it's overall 21.5 but it's not. It's overall height is 20 so it's a little smaller than I thought.

I have concerns about the locks:Once the locks freezes in the plane, arriving to San Francisco I needed half a day and two locksmiths to solve it. It costed $40.Coming back home, TSA leave it open, because they do not know the combination to close it after they opened it with their keys.Recently, in Brazil, supposedly "someone" change the combination. A local locksmith reset the combination in minutes. I payed $20.I would like to know how to do it by myself.The name of the Cloud 9 Manufacturer.The name of the lockers Manufacturer.Clearly there are open issues in this product.Thanks

Incredible, light, works great. Just barely fits into overhead compartments. It looks great it works great and buy it again but suspect this one will last for years
