Great looking, Quality not there.
This pair was to replace a pair where one had half the halo LEDs stop working after 6 months resulting in a halo half as bright. The first pair came from a different seller that is no longer on Amazon. These arrived with the same issue right out of the box. You can see the difference in the photo. The good one shows how bright a properly functioning one is by comparison. It's obvious the manufacturer of these has production and quality control issues. These are going back. I'll be doing something different for my combo fog/DRL setup.

No harness, decent construction quality.
Tried connecting them directly to a battery to see what the beam pattern is or to see relative brightness, no cigar. Didn't even light up the halo. I guess it's a decent quality for the price. Construction seems fairly good. The threads are gunked up, looks like plastic on the screw threads. Use a 3mm hex head to tighten or else you'll strip the screws out. Super easy to break the heads off of these just to get them snug. Didn't come with a harness which isn't a big deal but it doesn't even tell you the operating amperage anywhere on the box so I'll edit this when I find a decent fuse for it. All in all, for $20 I can't really complain. Hopefully hooking it up goes over well cause headlight brightness wasn't a big deal in 2001 I'm guessing.

Beware
Cheap. Don’t waste your money. It’s no where near as bright as they make it seem. I took it apart after a few weeks, as you can see, the bright yellow tab is actually 9 very very tiny leds, it is attached to what feels like a tin can lid, and this piece was attached crooked and lopsided inside the housing.

Cheap garbage.
Cheap brackets that vibrated apart after 300 miles. Made new brackets and lights quit working after 500 miles. Don’t waste your money.

Works perfect in my old sprinter 05.
Replaced the broken ones with some big auto-parts version, but couldn't adjust. Cyclops fog lights. Replaced with these and they fit well. Reused the same mounting holes and adjusted for old people coming in opposite direction (ha ha)
