Real Buyer Here, not paid reviewer....UPDATE: WORTHLESS, RETURNINGAPP CRASHES REPEATEDLY AND STOPS FUNCTIONING LIGHTAPP WILL NOT CLOSE AND RUNS IN BACKGROUND COLLECTING DATA EVEN AFTER CLOSINGINTERMITTENT AUDIO EVEN AT CLOSE RANGE1) the default white light is that lab-like LED color, not warm or natural at all. you can change it, but it defaults to hideous white every time you turn the light on/off.2) when you are picking your music in the app, songs are all one big single alphabetical list, not organized into folders, super annoying.

We like this but we weren't able to use it in the application that we wanted. I wanted to use it in the bathroom but our light fixture in there doesn't point down, it's horizontal. In that position, the light isn't bright enough. The app wasn't available when I first got the bulb but about 2 days later, it was available again in the app store. The app is easy to use although it's kind of a pain that you have to "connect" to the bulb every time you turn it on. Also, if I turn the bulb off from my phone and then leave the room, if I come near the room again, it makes a loud "connect" sound. So it's not great for in a bedroom if someone else is sleeping in there. I'm looking at some other bulbs from the company and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m really happy with this bulb. It’s easy to set up, very bright, and the speaker is decently loud too. My only complaints are that the app is a little primative but it does it job. It would also be nice if it worked with Amazon Alexa which I’m sure can be added in the future with a software update. Overall I can say that I recommend this bulb because it’s really cool and if you install a bunch and link them up in the app it has the potential to be very cool, I plan to buy a few more.

we are really happy with our purchase, my teenager girls love it they can easily connect it to their iPhone they I currently using it on the bathroom they love to heard music during shower I always panicked cuz the use to take the iPad inside. Has really good sound and the lights are great really fun to take showers for them Definitely ordering more to different places in my house.

Light bulb colors and iPhone app work well. No lag, no delay. Timer works well.HOWEVER, Bluetooth speaker sound is LOW. Returned because of low sound. Deal breaker.EcoSmart Bluetooth speaker light bulb sold from Home Depot has stronger sounding speaker, can hear it two room away.

The build in speakers not working with music soit is just an expensive normal led bulb And poor customer service Updated my review as the seller send me this instructions which was not written for iphonesFor Android phones, after connecting the Bluetooth on device,it can directly operate the light and speaker in the APP.But for iphone , after connecting the Bluetooth on your device , you need to enter the bulb's APP and click to connect the bulb again, then you could control both light and speaker. Without the second connect, you can only control the light.And so it is working now
