This is a very cool power outlet. The location of the USB ports on top of the tower are extremely useful for all of the devices I have sitting on my desk.The power is filtered nicely. The power in my area is notoriously erratic and this power bar smooths it all out very nicely. If you are looking for a versatile, well built and reliable power bar, this is the one. (It also looks awesome, which is a plus.)

The way the tower plugins are set up around the sides work great. Everybody has one or two odd shaped plugins and this unit can handle those odd ones. The USB ports out the top make it easy to get to. I really do like this configuration of plugins. When you buy a strip plug a lot of times you can not use all of the receptacles because of some of your odd shaped plugs cover some of them. Not this one it works great.

Upon testing in multiple settings in my house and with different devices, the Umirro product really makes me happy. This well-made product looks very sleek and modern -- eye catching to begin with. Overtime it blends in well with my furniture. The 12 outlets with 4 different switches give me and my kids lots of options when working in the same room with multiple devices such as laptops, iPad, and phones. Now they love it so much that I would have a couple more for different rooms. It feels very safe with the excessive protection and circuit breaker etc., but I agree that it is better to be safe than sorry.The thing I like the least is that black color is the only choice, as my kids would love a different color in the future.

Nifty little modern take on the old fashioned power strip. Works great for my HAM radio station to be able to have all my radio gear plugged to a central point, as well as all my gadgets requiring USB charging. Liked it so much I bought another for use with my desktop gaming computer to keep my cords organized. Then bought a third to use in my wife's photography studio, also for purposes of keeping cords organized.

I just purchased my second one. It seems to be very high quality. Usb ports on top are great. The ability to turn on and off 2 plugins per switch(4) is really convenient. Peace of mind knowing my electronics are surge protected . A little spendy, but sure worth it!!!

It did a great job. Had a number of positive comments from people seeing me use it. I personally thought it was a little expensive, and not very compactable for travel. Luckily, most of my travel these days is by car so space is not as critical of an issue.

This unit feels cheap and is smaller than you think. Its ok for what it is but I think its totally overpriced. Should be no more than $25.

The looks of this protector is amazing. I am able to plug all my multiple monitors in and hide it behind them on the rack. Works fine so far and would purchase again.
