East to warm to relieve Raynaud's Phenomenon
I bought this to help with Raynaud's phenomenon after pumping. The pads only take 10-15 seconds to heat in the microwave, making it super easy to get quick relief. The pack only takes 15-20 seconds. My only complaints: they cool down rather quickly (within 5 minutes there's a significant difference in temp) and the plastic can be uncomfortable if you apply directly to skin. The pack comes with a cover, but the pads do not, so a thin t-shirt material is a nice buffer. All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and it is super quick and simple to help with Raynaud's.

Works for the pricr
Comes with 1 breast pad that heats up well, only used it once. The cover it comes with is too thick so I just apply directly. I have not seen any change in my pumping time but hopefully I will. Holds heat for a few minutes.

Not worth it, waste of plastic. The plastic is so cheap and doesn’t keep its temp very well.

It has beads however there is very little beads in each bag. Not even enough for 1 row a beads, the bags have empty spots

These cooling packs are the perfect size, not only to help ease tenderness when nursing, but also for any bumps or bruises one may end up with. They're more flexible than I thought they would be and therefore more comfortable. Really easy to clean as well.
