I have no idea how to tell vitamins from fakes, so no comment on ingredient quality. I took a mega-dose of B-vitamins from another company-less brand and the trademark neon yellow urine never happened. This one looks like it has vitamins in it at least! Really hard to tell with a multi, otherwise. Sorry!

Nutritional supplement. Feeling better after taking vitamins. This vitamin has the proper nutrition.
