I had read all the previous reviews and decided to order 2 sizes up.1. I'm 5'2 petite size, normally a size small in adult women fits. I ordered the Large, they run extremely small. It's almost like the sizes are youth sizes not adult. So the Large of this fit like a normal small hoodie youd get at a store.2. The head hole is EXTREMELY small. My head barely fit. Do not attempt to put on or take off with a pony tail or if your hair looks nice, it WILL get messed up.3. While upsizing the overall fit of the jacket to large the fits like a small, the sleeves dont match the rest of the jackets fit, they are very long. I dont really mind since I'm only using this jacket indoor while lounging around my house.4. Quality and feel: it's ok, not a thick heavy fit, which for me works great in my climate and again I'm only using it indoors. The pouch its thinly lined with a fuzzy fleece like material, which isnt a big deal since in FL, so it's still warm and comfy.I advise ordering up 2 sizes, not meant for heavy animal in pouch, and not meant for super cold outdoor wear. Overall I gave it 4 stars because it accomplishes the purpose for which I bought it. It lost a star for the fit discrepancy. I advise also if you're a larger or heavier person to upsize 3x your normal size.

I was surprised by all the extra little details this hoodie has for the price - embroidered paw prints on the front, embroidered toes on the cuffs, thumb holes, cat ears on the hood, little pom pom drawstrings on the hood, an elastic drawstring for the cat pocket, a front pocket for your hands that's separate from the cat pocket, and the cat pocket zips out for easier cleaning.The shirt isn't actually sweatshirt material - it's like a long-sleeve t-shirt, but it's very soft and comfortable. As for the size of the cat pocket - it's perfect for a kitten or a small cat (<7-8 lbs). If you have a normal or larger size cat, you'll have a lot of trouble getting them in there. The pocket is big enough, but the top opening to insert the cat is sewn close to the body (makes sense for stability), so there's not much room to actually put the cat inside if it's larger. My cat in the picture is about 5.5 lbs, and it's the perfect size for her, with room to spare. You can kind of see in my pictures how close the pocket is to the body, for reference.

My 13yr old 11lbs fur baby (Maltese/poodle) LOVES IT!! I’m 5’4” and I ordered a large. I probably could have ordered a medium and been good. It might shrink a little after washing.My fur baby can’t walk that much anymore due to health reasons and being in the pouch makes him feel secure. The hoodie’s pouch is removable so you can wash the pouch separately, has adorable ears on the hood and finger holes for your hands. You can’t go wrong with this adorable hoodie for you fur baby! Hope this review helps!!

I was on the fence about this when it got here. I ordered two sizes up (3X), and it fits adequately but not comfortably. The sleeve comes to a weird place nowhere near the armpit and it's a little scratchy inside. The construction isn't nearly as bad I expected, but it's still very clear that the weight of any normal-sized cat will eventually rip the pocket away from the body of the hoodie. I figured, well, I know how to sew. If it doesn't quite work, I can take it apart and make a new one with tweaks from the old pattern.I shoved a cat into the pouch and she wasn't thrilled. Okay, no problem. I have five more to try. I offered the pouch to my cranky boy the next morning, and he slipped right in and slept like a brick for two hours. He hardly ever purrs so loud as he did in this sweatshirt.Ultimately, this isn't the best product in the world. If you know how to sew, you might be able to make something AMAZING either from it or using it as reference, but it's not as wonderful as it could be. However, my cat likes it, and four of my other cats haven't even had a chance to test it out. So the concept is a win.Don't buy it if your animal is more than maybe 12 or 15 pounds. Don't buy it expecting to carry around anything bigger than a puppy or kitten. Don't buy it if you're bigger than a size 20 or 22 (even then, buy from a seller who allows refunds just in case). If you want to just plant your butt on the couch or in a chair, however, and have your little one tucked up close, it might be worth it. Also, wash it twice to get the smell out.

Bought this for my daughter and her dog. She absolutely loves this and it's seriously adorable. Thumb holes are a really nice touch. Every girl wants thumb holes. Her dog loves being toted around in this as well. Probably not fully secure for an animal that isn't as fond of it or might see a squirrel but it's cute if they don't have any desire to get out like my daughter's dog.

Highly adorable hoodie, love the pawprints on the indide of the hands and the ears on the hood (no pic for that hood part), sleeves are more than long enough which has always been one of my trouble areas, my large breed ragdoll had more than enough space in the pocket (she is 13 lbs), Next time I will tie the tie with her in it so it is snugger with her. She loved it also.Downfall is its very thin so no warmth, wich is fine for summer but during winter you will need to wear a long sleeved top under it.
