Homemade Always Best But Reasonable In A Pinch
Good starter for gumbo. If I don't have time I'll start with this, but add my own celery, bell pepper, onion, and okra in addition to the recommended meats. Home made is best always but reasonable substitute.

Makes great gumbo!
My local grocery store no longer carries this gumbo mix, and it makes terrific gumbo. Just add chicken, sausage, shrimp, or all three! I always get lots of compliments when I serve it!
