Only used one but good gadget.

Have tried with lots of veg, but the only thing I use this for now is grating cheese. I find the slices way too thin (carrots, potatoes and cucumber). It doesn't feel very sturdy and when you put the cutting cylinder in the shaft, you then have to attach the handle and it's a bit fiddly - cylinder kept sliding out and shooting across the worktop. Think it will be left in the cupboard (unless I want to grate cheese - although I usually buy it grated anyway!) and will eventually be given to charity!
