I take Rhodiola to give me the energy needed during the day. I use to drink caffeine and stopped because I had problems falling asleep and also because it irritates my stomach. Rhodiola allows me to have energy all day and when it's time to quit and call it a night, I have no problems falling a sleep. Another positive, is that when I don't have time to eat a good breakfast my stomach is not irritated. And the price on Amazon is great, I've ordered this product else where and it can be costly. I would also add that starting with just one per day would be a good ideal. That's my dose and it works great for me, before taking the allowed two tablets.Soto

Gives me energy without any bad side effects. I have a sensitive stomach but this doesn’t make me feel bad at all. It gives me energy when I need it. If I’m going to have a busy day I always take one of these for the extra energy. Also helps me focus.

This supplement is excellent for when you need a little energy boost w/o the negative effects other caffeine products. It helps keep you alert and focused to help you keep going through your work day or night shift.

I disliked that the bottle was not the same as the one advertised It only says energy and focus not with nutrilite and Rhodiola.

Rhodiola 110 is the best vitamin for receiving energy to keep going. I use it to work out and to stay awake when I really need energy.

I started using this years ago, and I can tell the difference on my energy level when i use it and when I don't.

Find this product helpful for maintaining level energy & notice improved focus. Price is bit high, but appreciate the quality ingred.
