Pretty good syn for the price
I used this on my old race SV650. I do heavy commuting on it now so I need an oil than can hold up. I'll put this somewhere in between conventional Castrol and Mobile 1 with a lean towards Mobile 1. It lasted almost as long as Mobil 1 does with a notch lower performance. Shifting was good but I did notice some fade as the miles added up. Mobile 1 and Motul are still my favorites for longevity and performance but this was pretty good especially if you add in the price compared to the high end brands. I think the cents per mile for Texas Tea is better, but the performance fade after 1k miles or so is the x factor. It wouldn't stop me from getting it again though.

Seems good... but the price went up.. Update.
I was coming back to order another case of Texas Tea Motorcycle oil.. Sadly I havent ordered yet, I was expecting $39.99 for the case.. I put my credit card back in my wallet- and have been researching Amsoil costs..For $14 more I can buy Mobil MC oil shipped....For $3 less I can buy Castrol synthetic MC oil shipped..Please dont price yourself out of the market. I will check again on price but looks like I will be buying a case of Castrol for now.Update... ordered a case for 44.99... but that's my limit... amsoil motorcycle oil has gotten ridiculously expensive at $50 for 4 quarts... so Texas Tea you have my business for now.. next stop Shell Rotella t6.

Same oil---different weight as that I've already rated
See my other ratings------everything I'd said about their 5W/20 weight oil applies here also. I've no problems with it and will continue to use itEdit review-----I've been buying this stuff since July of 2012 when I paid $64 for two cases, Then again in Aug. 2012 I bought two more cases but this time had to pay $71. Finally in Oct. 2012 the price went to $40 for one case----Now it's being advertised here on Amazon at $60 a case? WTF? It's the same oil now as it was then and they have nearly doubled the price??? That's obscene---Mobil One and other brands of synthetic oil sells at Walmart for about the same price that it was selling for a year ago----so why would I continue to buy the Texas Tea? Dumb--maybe but Stupid I am not. Going elsewhere for my synth oil now----

Very good synthetic motorcycle-specific oil at a good price
Very pleased with the performance of this oil in my motorcycle. Shifting is smooth, and the bike performs well. The price is also very reasonable for a full synthetic motorcycle-specific oil. I only have 100 miles on the oil so far, so I can't judge long term performance yet.The oil I normally use is the Amsoil 10w-40 motorcycle specific, so the bar is set high.

My Goldwing like Texas Tea
I had spoken to the owner of this company back when they had some questions about their web site and we discussed oil for my goldwing. When I saw the great price on Amazon, I bought a box of 6 qts. My 2006 Goldwing likes this oil just fine. No issues with noisy trans, clutch etc. I plan on buying another box in early January 2013.matt caswell.. owner :[...]

Best Price, Very Nice Product
Use this on my 2006 CBR600RR, the motorcycle runs fine and it starts better in the cold. I change my oil regularly around 2500 to 3000 miles. This is THE best price for full synthetic motorcycle oil that I found over dozen websites. This is my first time use this product, I will update this review after 3000 miles.

Great performance in my Race Bike
I run this oil in everything; my race bike (2009 Yamaha R6), my street bike (2000 R6) and my dirt bikes (YZF250 and CRF150R.) I change my oil after every race (in the race bikes) and every time I do, it looks like it doesn't need to be changed. My bike always runs smooth and clean and with no leak issues.

Used to be a great deal, now it's a bad deal.
The oil is good, but the new price makes it no longer worthwhile to buy. Locally available Synthetics can be found for the same price or cheaper.Sorry Texas Tea, you lost a customer. I could understand a price increase, but this is ridiculous.
