I've been using this for several months now, and I love it so much that I just bought a second one.This does an excellent job of reminding me to keep my shoulders back in the proper position instead of hunched forward. It is very comfortable and easy to use. I wouldn't say it holds my shoulders in place as much as it reminds me to keep my shoulders back where they belong.Because of that, though, my muscles do get sore while wearing it. In a good way! I know I am strengthening and retraining those muscles. At first I could only wear it for maybe a half an hour. Now I can wear it for several hours before taking it off. The ultimate goal is to not need it anymore and let the (proper) muscles do the work.This is lightweight and easy to bring along on travel. I've thrown it in the washer several times, and it has held up well. I highly recommend it to help with fixing your posture!

The straps are challenging to get tight and keep tight. It doesnt hold your back in correct posture. It is “ok”

Product description says that this brace will fit anyone from XXS-XXL, just be prepared not to be able to get your arms to rest at your side while wearing this brace. The straps are too wide and cause it to be very uncomfortable to just have your arms hang at your side naturally. It is also challenging to get even tension on the brace if putting it on by yourself. I'm not a small woman at 5'11" and 170 lbs. I would not think that this brace would actually fit anyone smaller, I had the brace pulled back to the maximum that the velcro would attach and did not feel any gentle pressure to set my shoulders back. P.S. plan on spending money to ship it back if it doesn't work for you even if you are prime.

It keeps me standing/sitting straight but... I wish it went lower on the back. Not sure if there were different sizes and I got the wrong one...?

Okay first of all, I received the product yesterday 03-04-18 and the next day I took it to work. I m a delivery driver so I spend most of the day out driving and I’ve had several people telling me I was starting to develop poor posture and it’s just been a couple of hours I’ve used the product and it feel great my back feels firm no back or neck pain. Definitely recommend it to anyone out there. It’s a good product not to mention the great quality.

Although well made, the brace is very, very small and due to that very difficult to get the adjustment straps pulled around and secured. I am not that big, 6'1'' and 200 lbs, not too big in the chest. The adjustment straps only attach by the width of the strap, so no adjustment is remaining. Also, the straps shown around the gentlemans upper mid chest are actually way up under your under your arm pits, more like the photo of the woman only tighter, and do not lay flat so armpits are laying against the edge of the straps. This makes it very uncomfortable unless your arms are being held away from your body.It actually appears to be made for someone around 125 lbs max.I find no way to make this product useful.

I love this Back Brace. It came in a handy carrying bag, that fits perfectly into my laptop case. I did not realize how much I slouched when at my desk each day. I return home to a sore neck and tight shoulders. This posture corrector has eliminated my poor posture and slumping at work. I am even standing taller and straighter. It is sturdy yet light weight. Did I mention how much I loved this Posture Corrector?

This brace is not a one size fits all. Unless it is one size for huge people. I still can't figure it out. I have to keep wrapping it around and it never puts pressure to pull my shoulders into alignment. Waste of money.
