MOGO Travel Black for Netflix, Drones, Low-Vision, Augmented Reality (not VR)

It works well, but I don’t like the way it fits my head, even with adjustments!

The media could not be loaded.  I am totally and completely obsessed with this VR headset! It is SO comfortable to use, and honestly the technology is just amazing! I love how the lenses are so high quality, and it's definitely better than any other VR headset that I've ever tried. I can watch movies with my phones for hours and think that I'm at an IMAX movie theater (minus the uncomfortable chairs and popcorn-chewing sounds :) )I highly recommend this to anyone who loves watching movies, TV, play games, fly drones, and it fits my phone perfectly. Can't wait to take this on my next flight! It's super compact which is a big plus for me, since I travel quite often.My little sister and her friends LOVED this, so I bet it would make a great gift for any teenager (they love their YouTube videos haha).PLUS I found this video online when I googled the company, it's so good when it comes to explaining of all the great benefits (every word is true).

2/5/2018 - Update: Slowly getting used to these and while I still find them uncomfortable, they are useful. For me, I’m using them for FPV for Quadcopter (Specifically Phantom 4 Go App). They work well for that. Unfortunately, my eyesight is just a tad bit out of range for these and the end up straining my eyes after a short period of time. Anyway, I thought I’d update my review as they verified that I did get the correct version and I am finding them useful.If MOGO ever comes out with a new model, I’d love to be a tester and possibly even trade these in. I had higher hopes than I should have ultimately. It’s a good product that could be a lot better eventually.OLD UPDATE: I am now almost certain I received THE OLD VERSION (NOT Premium v1.b as the seller clearly states these are in the Q&A). It also does not look the same on the sides or face pad as the description here. Very unhappy to be bait and switched. I included pics this time. That nose piece is just terrible. I sure hope this isn’t the “upgraded” premium one that I received. SO much potential here.ORIGINAL:I find these to be a useful gadget. However, the comfort factor (at least for me) is not where I’d like to see this product. I just received it today (Jan 15, 2018) and the head straps are not quite long enough to fit my head (I’m a 48yr old man of average size) and I also find the nose piece to be the worst part. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. With the weight of my iPhone 7+, the cutout is very rough and hurts the bridge of my nose after just a couple of minutes. There needs to be a bigger opening for the nose and much better padding. I’m beginning to think I received the 1st gen version instead of the 1.b refined version. If not, they need to further refine it. Wish the plastic was of higher quality as well. I may or may not return this item. Jury is still out since I have only used them an hour or so. The skin on my nose is now irritated.

These work GREAT for flying my Phantom 4 drone. Rather than spend $600 on a DJI Crystal Sky so I could see the screen during the day, I thought I would try these. Are they absolutely perfect? No, but they give you a pretty darn good view of your stock DJI GO4 screen and allow you to still use the touch screen. As an added bonus, they allow you to still use your peripheral vision which is key when flying alone. I use an Iphone 8 plus that has a large wallet case and it still fits perfectly. I would highly recommend this.

Sorry, will be returning. Still has a ways to go. The edges of view are in fact blurry as others have mentioned. Not very comfortable and needs regular readjusting. Few other issues. Wait till the tech gets better.

I think the idea was very nice to me.but when I tried, it needs to be the redesign of the shape.It's doesn't fit the Samsung galaxy note 8, because of the widescreen.The most important thing is that my eyesight and the sight of the mogo shows is not very sharp as just looking at the phone with natural view.it needs to adjust or something that adjusts sight that doesn't look muddy. (Changing or Adjust the sight just the person itself.)First, I like the concept.Second, I can't change or adjust the sight.

Very impressed with this product. I have low vision and love this because I can use it with my iPhone 8 Plus and wireless keyboard to surf, watch movies and use the camera to see things I normally cannot.
