Very shiny
Filament prints fine at 227/70.I was looking for a matte filament and this is not it. Very shiny, great if thats what you are looking for.

Bright color
This is second color and spool of NovaMaker PETG filament I have gotten. I am extremely pleased with the maker. Middle of road on price. I will be buying more as needed.

Definitely not for beginners. But can look really good if you know what you are doing.
Used an ender 3.This is my 3rd PETGAnd has definitely made me work the hardest.Cons- Has easily done the most damage to my build plate.- it's not very fond of small wings and blades- prints are not as smooth as I would like.Pros- weather resistant (have a figure outside in south eastern American weather)- Child proof levels of sturdy- would recommend with someone who wants electronic accessories, before I recommend using this for figures.

Tough stuff
A bit harder than some of the other TPUs, but that is what I was looking for for certain projects.

Good filament, green tint
This prints well, and makes nice solid rubbery objects. I had no problems with adhesion. The color has a green tint. It's supposed to be yellow, but printed objects look more like Mnt Dew jello. Ok, once it's cooled, it looks more yellow.I had to adjust my extruder to reduce the gap between the wheel&gear and the top of the heatbreak. Before that, it would try to curl a loop out the side of the extruder.

Looks good and produces very strong parts
I've been printing a ton of stuff (okay, lots of models less than a 1KG) using this roll of clear PETG on my Ender 3 Pro. I've found that 230-235C produces very strong parts and nice surface finish. Bed adhesion is decent if I print the first layer super slow, like 9mm/s. I should probably raise the bed temp from 65C, but I'm currently using the Creality magnetic build surface and it gets wonky/not flat when I raise the temp over 65C. On parts that are over 5mm wide on the first layer, bed adhesion is good and warping hasn't been an issue. On narrower pieces, I either design in 0.4mm pads/brims into the model or use a 3mm brim with the slicer to prevent warping. Very minor stringing with the increased retraction distance... I normally use 5mm retraction with PLA.I'm using Prusa Slicer 2.2.0, here's the settings that have worked well for me:Hotend: 235C. Print the last/top layer at 230C for a good finishBed: 65CRetraction: 8mm @ 40mm/s, de-retraction 20mm/sZ-hop: 0.28mmSpeed: 30mm/s perimeters, 40mm/s infill, top infill 30mm/s, first layer 30%2 perimeters with 3 solid top layers and 2 solid bottom layers offers good clarity -- looks like an ice cube!Fan off for everything but bridges/overhangs.Wish I could find some solid color PETG by Novamaker. A nice solid blue or green that printed this nice would be great.Update 2022-10-24:I've been using Novamaker clear filament for a few years now and it's still my go-to for producing very strong parts that are some what compliant. The crystal clear look is really nice and doesn't have any yellow or green tints like some other clear filament I've used. It is by far the strongest PETG out of all the brands I've used so far. This filament produces fine wispy strings more than anything else (very easily removed with a lighter), but I'll gladly accept them to have strong, beautiful parts.

Nozzle popping right out of the bag
This came in a sealed bag. While it appeared to have SOME air sucked out of it, it was still pretty loose around the spool. I figure it should be ok...Right after opening it for the first time, I loaded it and started printing calibration prints immediately.I can hear the filament popping in the nozzle immediately indicating wet filament (even though it was packaged with a bag of desiccant). So far, the layers have been kind of inconsistent. I'm still experimenting with different settings, but if I can't significantly improve quality, I'll keep this at 3 stars. (I'll also try baking the spool to dry it out)I also wish this came with a resealable bag.If you're new to PETG and have a PEI coated bed, don't print on the bed. The adhesion is crazy strong and will probably damage your bed when taking prints off.Otherwise, I think the transparent blue of this filament is neat.Revising to 4 stars:Got my settings dialed in and my calibration prints look good. The popping became pretty sparse after I used a few meters of the spool.I'll try a few other brands of PETG. If I end up coming back, I'll upgrade to 5 stars.Tips for Prusa MK3S owners:- Use a glue stick on your PEI steel sheet- In Slic3R, start with generic PETG- Fan speed min: 45- Fan speed max: 80- Bridges fan speed: 60- First layer temp: 250C- First layer bed temp: 95C- Other layer temp: 225C- Other layer bed temp: 80C- Retract on layer change- Wipe while retractingKeep in mind that all printers are different and settings will vary.

Homogenous
I've had amazing luck printing with the green translucent version of this filament. Gaskets for glue bottles are printed at 100% infill to replace degrading foam gaskets. Also printing tread tires for rc vehicles and the layer adhesion has been amazing. We've cut up multiple prints trying to induce failures along layer lines with great results so far. Higher on the recommended temps for bed heating and nozzle worked better. Run this filament slow unless you have lots of experience running soft filaments. It has a habits of escaping the extruder gears if fed to quickly. Had best luck with standard brass nozzle polished interior.
