I returned boots they were to loose I tracked my return it said they received the boots but still don’t have my money returned to my visa my be my last purchase from amazon

Well, as an Ariat boot owner I was excited to try there work boots and let me tell you...these things are garbage. Red colored bottom pieces on the sole deaminated and fell off with just one day of light use. I glued the pieces that were hanging on and the next day other pieces of the sole started delaminating as well. These boots aren’t nearly as comfortable as the other non steel toe boots I’ve had for over 6 years.

Ariat refuses to honor their warranty, even when you receive a defective boot right out of the box! They tell you to call back later or leave a voicemail. They also don't respond to email.

Excellent quality. Fit my husband just right! Can’t beat the price! I’ll be purchasing these again when needed. 5-star
