EASY TO APPLY AND USE.
These UV Detection Stickers use a gentle, non-irritating adhesive that makes them easy to remove, while still lasting all day. They are safe for even the most sensitive skin and do not leave any tan lines. You just apply a layer of sunscreen directly over the UV Stickers and you're good to go! The sunscreen reminder stickers turn clear to indicate that you are protected, and when they turn purple again, it's time to reapply.

Neat way to know when to reapply sunscreen
I am diligent about applying sunscreen but always forget to reapply when outdoors. I put a little sticker on the back of my hand and it reminds me when I have to reapply. It doesn't wash off easily even when washing hands. I highly recommend it. The March weather is not warm enough to let me try it in the pool though.

They kind of work until you go for a swim
These things do work with sunscreen. I saw some reviews complaining it didn’t work. We used standard Trader Joe’s sunscreen. Totally worked fine. They are a decent indicator for okay time to apply more sunscreen but they aren’t very practical as it will only be in the specific area you put some sunscreen on. As we know certain parts of the body tend to get burnt more than others like shoulders and spots we miss. It’s not foolproof. The major problem with this product and largely why I gave it less stars is that the minute you hit water the sticker disappears. What is the point of this product? People are applying sunscreen either but the pool or at the beach. Otherwise why bother. I consider this a major flaw and honestly a waste of money. It was cool to try but save your money.

Skip the Uvify junk and go with SpotMyUv brand. It's worth the extra money.
Purchased thinking I could save some money over the pinky/purple SpotMyUV brand stickers. We've used them for over a year and have been really happy. I thought...they'd all be the same right...WRONG. The Uvify is junk. We garden and my youngest and I are so white we're reflective. My other kids can tan but the girls believe in taking care of their skin so...we use 100spf and the stickers so we KNOW when our sunblock is wearing off. Well, we all put the Uvify on, then our sunblock, then grab our waters, sunhats and our rubber boots and head out to the garden. The stickers didn't make it an hour before they had all fell off. 4 of us all missing our UV stickers. Tried again after lunch and again, noticed they had fell off real quick. These might work if you work in an office with ac but...if you're wanting actual protection and notification about your sun exposure check out the SpotMyUv brand ones. They are more, they're a pink/purple/kinda magenta ish and they work. Heading over to leave reviews for each of the orders we've made for them over the past year. And, don't forget to apply your sunblock at least 20min before going out in the sun.

Will not stay on your skin
Background of why I bought these: I am very fair skinned and burn easy but love to be outdoors. Each year we go to the beach for a week for my birthday and I always end up crispy no matter how many times I reapply sunscreen. I was hoping these stickers would help me realize faster when I needed to reapply. Welllllllll….. they don’t really stay on your skin when you get sweaty and have a couple layers of sunscreen on. I think in the 15 times I used these they fell off within 2 hours. If you try to replace the sticker with a new one, all the sweat and sunscreen on your skin prevents you from being able to get the new one to stick. I remember reading that they also shouldn’t leave a tan line. Well as you can see from my picture it will leave a tan line/burn outline. The color changing aspect in the UV rays when you are exposed does work well as long as you can keep your sticker on. I’m not sure if it’s just because I am in NC and using these in July/August dead middle of summer in the south. But I couldn’t seem to apply enough layers of sunscreen one day to get the color to change to clear. I tried many different tactics to try and get the sticker to stay on. I also tried different locations. I ordered 2 packs and have almost used them all. But I will not order again.

Works!
Bought for a softball tournament down south where the UV was going to be brutal and it definitely worked! Told us we needed way more sunscreen than we thought but we were burn free

They work fine!
I didn’t read the reviews about these falling off until after I ordered, so I was aware that could be a possibility. I think some reviewers weren’t applying this product to clean, dry skin because I had zero issues. The first day I tried them I accidentally put my sunscreen on first. So I grabbed an alcohol pad, wiped off an area on my forearm, let dry, then applied the dot.I didn’t go anywhere “fun” (read: wet) or get sweaty, but it stayed on all day. At one point I was inside and forgot it was on. Must have touched it, picked at it by accident and everything. The second time I tried it out I know I didn’t use an alcohol pad, but believe I had either recently gotten out of the shower, or when I washed my hand I made sure to wash a little higher (forearm) so the area was clean and dry. I applied the dot, then my sunscreen, then went to the beach.I didn’t go into the water but I did sweat in the sun a little. Setting up the umbrellas and chairs and such. Plus just the heat of the beach type of sweat. I believe I also had to pick this one off in the evening at some point.TL; DR: these work great on adults as long as you apply them on clean, dry skin. When in doubt, prep the area with a little rubbing alcohol. Not a big deal. Would buy again.I have yet to try these on my kids, but will update if I do.

Super Neat - Works as Intended
Very neat product. My family is outdoorsy, and I think my wife makes me reapply sunscreen too often :P This lets you know exactly when you need to reapply.I have to assume the stickers have some material that fluoresces in the presence of UV. Since sunscreen acts to block/reflect those, when you apply sunscreen to the sticker, the color changes. Then, it turns purple again when the sunscreen runs out. It works great. You must apply to clean, dry skin, otherwise it may fall off. Otherwise, I've no issue with sweat, water, all-day use.
