Effective Treatment for White Spot Issues
API White Spot Cure has been a lifesaver for my aquarium. When my fish started showing signs of white spots, I was concerned about their health and unsure how to tackle the issue. This medication was easy to use, with clear instructions that guided me through the process.Within a few days of starting treatment, I noticed a visible improvement. The white spots began to fade, and my fish seemed more active and less stressed. It works for both freshwater and saltwater setups, making it versatile and ideal for mixed aquariums. One thing to keep in mind is that it can temporarily tint the water blue, but this fades over time and didn’t affect the tank's overall clarity. Regular water changes after the treatment helped restore everything back to normal. If you're dealing with white spot issues, this product is a reliable and effective solution. It’s worth having on hand for those unexpected moments when your fish need extra care.

Good, seems to be shrimp safe
Effective and does what it says on the bottle. Saved a betta and some tetras from a ich infestation. Didn't do any harm to my shrimp.

Great
This stuff seemed to help with the white spot in my aquarium but it is so annoying that they make this stuff blue so it taints silicone and items in the aquarium.

White Spot ? What White Spot ?
I don't know where the white spot came from, my new fish have been in the pond for nearly a year and showed no signs of being ill. I noticed my two oldest goldfish (30 years and counting) had a lot of spots on their heads and a couple of the new fish had a few. I have three filters in the pond and the water is pretty much spot on for pH. Anyway, as my pond is around 600 litres one bottle seemed just the right dosage. I followed the instructions, after 48 hours drained 25% of the water away, topped up the pond again and added a second bottle. After a few days I noticed the size and number of spots seemed to be reducing. Just to be safe, I added a third bottle and the spots are almost gone. My fish seem to be more lively and have even started chasing each other (it is spawning season after all). This stuff is amazing.

Perfect treatment
Great value bottle, works over a prolonged period of time to make sure the water is treated properly. Only need to retreat if any signs of the infection come back. Really easy and simple to use.Brilliant product and would buy again if needed.

Important!
Hi everyone, the medication is very good, BUT there is always a 'but', actually few of them:1. DO NOT expect an instant effect on your fish. Some reviews say that the disease goes away in a day/ night, you should wait at least a week.2. DO NOT repeat dose after 48 hrs. Add one dose and THAT'S IT! Don't overdo it.3. Young fish die of it. Put them in a separate tank and lessen the dose or try to use an alternative, e.g. lifeguard tetra tablets (they aren't as effective as this one, but at least you wouldn't have to witness what it does to young fish).4. AERATE your water.5. If you witness your fish behave unusually, it's / they are weak and/ or gasping for air, change water immediately. NOT 25%, change it all.Hope it helps and your weekend won't be as sad as mine.Cheers!
