Compact but great toy
Really nice well made sturdy toy and complements the train track well for extra play value. Our 3 year did say is a bit small (although the size is appropriate for the train set) and the lift mechanism could be easier to use and would be much better if opened out at the front rather than the side. However over all a really good toy and incredibly easy to assemble

Excellent addition to Brio train tracks.
Bought for 2 year old grandson as he loves the brio trains. Excellent addition to it and he’s mastered how to move the lift up and down quite quickly. Definitely recommend any of the brio accessories.

Very good - handle to raise the lift could be more ergonomic
This is a very well-made and sturdy toy, with plenty of play value. It is a good size - more compact than many other garage toys, but still compatible with other typical metal toy cars. The supplied cars can be loaded onto the supplied truck through the red trap door on the first level - a little fiddly, but actually quite well executed and a nice feature.I have awarded 4 stars instead of 5 because the knob that turns to raise and lower the lift is a bit awkward to use for the youngest children likely to play with this toy - it's position just underneath the helicopter landing pad means it's difficult to get a hand around the whole knob to turn it far, and although the knob has a handle, the small diameter of the knob and the small size of the handle make it difficult to use. Older children will have no difficulty with it whatsoever.

So much fun for my 2 and 4 year old
Already comes assembled. Both children have lots of fun and can play with it at the same time which is useful. Can be attached to their brio train set which is great when it’s set up together.

Design Flaws!
So I bought this for my sons 2nd birthday and this is my review on the Brio Parking Garage. There is no question that Brio products are quality products. This garage is no different. Beautifully crafted and looks really nice however has major flaws which buyers should be aware of.1) The garage is PLASTIC and not Wooden as you would expect of a Brio product. Some panels here and there are wooden but on the whole this is a moulded plastic garage.2) In my opinion the biggest flaw with this product is that the ground and the first level is too close and makes it near on impossible to manoeuvre cars on the ground floor. This gets very frustrating for little hands and in my opinion this is a big flaw which I am surprised has not been picked up my other reviewers. The set comes with 2 tiny cars and a trailer.3) The lift is nice and looks lovely but that's about it! The handle to use the lift is very small and if too much pressure is exerted then there is a chance that you might end up snapping the string inside. Not all die cast cars will fit and tend to get stuck and cause frustration and anger.4) The garage comes assembled out of the box which is a good thing but there are 3 silly kerb ramps which are fitted separately. The idea behind this is to allow cars to get off the ramp onto the floor space area. I am not sure why they weren't moulded into the body of the garage. Everytime you move the compact garage you have to move these ramps separately . bit silly in my opinion. On a positive note the garage is well crafted and very compact. Possibly the smallest on the market. Another thing I discovered is you could attach your Brio train tracks to the end of the ramps which although looks a bit silly could be a feature attachment to your existing Brio railway. The train could essentially connect to the garage. For the price this garage in my opinion is a lot of money for not a lot of functionality. Its good if you are a Brio fan but not so good if your little one doesn't know the difference and just wants to be able to access all the levels without needing a torch light.Overall 2 stars as it is overpriced and badly designed. The extra star is for the amazing Brio quality. I hope this review helps potential buyers.
