Notice for Note 9
This product works great however, you need to be aware if you are using a Samsung Qi Certified Fast Charge Wireless Charging Convertible Stand/Pad - US Version - Black - EP-PG950TBEGUS.Note 9: If you have a Note 9 and have a metal ring attached, the Samsung wireless charger will not connect. There is an Outerbox box defeneder on mines and I tried placing the metal ring on the hard back and the rubber inner case. Neither allowed a charge on the Samsung wireless charger (I tied many positions, then I removed the metal ring and a charge was allowed as normal).Note: Charging capabilities worked on the Magnetic Wireless Car Charger (this product) with the metal ring on the outside of the Outterbox just not the Samsung Wireless Charge. Long story short, it's either this product or the Samsung wireless charge, not both.iPhone X Max : I have a OtterBox SYMMETRY CLEAR SERIES on it, it worked on both products with metal ring on the Outterbox case.

JUST BUY IT!!!!
This Magnetic Wireless Car charger should be getting 5 stars easily! I was shocked by the professional packaging very similar to a high end cell phone. The Magnetic Car charger comes w/ 2 options to attach to your dash. 1 is the vent mount and the other is metal plates that stick to your dash. The gold plate in particular was perfect for my setup. I was able to align the magnet on my s9+ to where I can still use my wireless charger at home without any interference. This also works best with plastic hard cases. It will work on softer TPU type cases but the magnet isn't as strong. The QC 3.0 Charging is blazing fast. It did get slightly warmer but not bad at all. I use this in my work van and the road conditions are poor at best and it held up with no problem even with me using a softer TPU case. So if your a road warrior or do a-lot of traveling this is for you! I plan on buying one for my FRS very soon. A++++++++

Intermittent charging and bad adhesive
I honestly returned this item. The charging rate was fast enough but intermittent. Sometimes for no reason it would go in and out. I was happy that they provided literally everything you could ever want to install it neatly in your vehicle, including the power adapter. My biggest complaint, even over the power issue was the loops. I have a tech21 case and have never had any issues with anything sticking to it before. (I currently have a metal plate, and have had pop sockets in the past) and absolutely could not get the loops to stick to it. It seemed like it would at first then pull off within one use on the magnet. Trying it on the phone itself didn’t work either, even adhered to the phone between the case, if unstuck and slid to the bottom. The adhesive as mentioned in other reviews is just garbage. I never got a chance to use the clips.I have a Mazda 3 which doesn’t really have a good place to put a mount besides the vents and I will say that it did stick to my horizontal vents pretty good, but as other reviewers say, you do need to put it on almost the bottom rung so it props itself up. Was stable during the week I had it.

Note 8, Works well.
This holds my phone in place strong enough to resist losing your phone on sharp turns with the vent mount. The vent attachment is split into two parts, instead of the normal four that I've seen. It might be rough on weak plastic air vents. It comes with magnetic rings to QI charge your phone properly with the mount wirelessly, as well as magnetic disks for mounting the charger (using the magnetic pedestal that goes over the vent piece) on any surface since the magnets have 3M adhesive on them. Or metal surfaces using the pedestal (which also doubles as a kickstand while charging.) Also in the box are three cable management nubs and a dual port car charger with a 2.4a and a 3.0 Qualcomm fast charge port.The charger itself looks great and has a blue led indicator ring that will pulse when fast charging. It's bigger than normal vent mounts that wouldn't have the charging function.

Works very well
I have another similar model from a different manufacturer, and it doesn't work as well as this one, so I am really quite pleased with this item.I use it in the car on an iPhone 7 plus that has a wireless receiver inside the case, and it works flawlessly. It aligns reasonably easily, and doesn't have stop and start issues. Note that it is important to use the supplied charger. Using a weaker one may cause the stop/start issues.

Great device, but breaks functionality with other wireless charging devices.
The unboxing experience felt premium. The device looks great, and seems well built. I got as far as installing the metal ring within my case and the phone holds great to the charger. Next step was to install the unit in my car and test out how well it mounts and charges. The included wire routing tabs are a great touch!However, before I could get to testing the mount itself in my car I realized that the metal ring was interfering with wireless charging on my other wireless charging docks. I figured that it was just the placement of the ring so I spent two hours readjusting it to no avail. It absolutely will not charge on my Anker PowerWave Stand with the ring attached. Depending on placement it might detect that I set it down and start the charge, but then immediately stops charging. Note that this is when in the Vertical orientation. If I switch the phone to Horizontal orientation on the PowerWave it works fine. So for whatever reason the ring is interfering with charging when in Vertical. The ring also did not seem to produce any interference on my Anker PowerWave Pad.Unfortunately, not being able to use the PowerWave Stand in Vertical orientation with the ring installed was a dealbreaker for me, so I will likely be looking into returning this car charger.
