I'm one of those not so lucky people with GERD, sleep apnea and cervical disc herniation. Each of these conditions calls for a different sleep style/profile. So do you sleep flat with a cervical pillow and have reflux and apneas? Or do you elevate and worsen your neck with lack of support?I've been down many roads trying to find a sleep solution that would work for me, and finally I think I have found my holy grail!! The Neck Sofa is simply amazing. I am extremely impressed by the quality of the materials and construction. The removable, washable cover is velvety soft and plush, but not hot. The pillow is constructed of super deluxe squishy memory foam supported with an internal frame for stability. The pillow has a strap that lets you snap it closed around your neck to stay put, but you can also snap it back on the other side if you prefer keeping it out of the way.So let's talk about utility. This thing is perfect for my sleeping needs!! What I did was stack my pile of pillows up on the bed to create elevation, then once I am in place, I put the Neck Sofa around my neck and voila - total, beautiful, blissful comfort! The memory foam stays cool, which is important as I live in a warmer climate and tend to sleep hot. This has to be one of my most memorable purchases in a long time and I am completed enamored.As a nice bonus, the pillow comes stashed a nice quality clear vinyl sling back that can be used at public outings where transparent bags are required. Awesome! In closing, if you are on the fence due to the price or vast availability of other types of pillows, I would highly recommend you give this product a try. I often have headaches after just half an hour or so of knitting but with the Neck Sofa I was able to knit comfortably for over an hour.I am very satisfied with this quality of this pillow. I really have been trying with this pillow it’s a little uncomfortable on my neck though Zaman said he couldn’t sleep without it I really can’t sleep with it. It’s to tight I feel like it’s choking me. really have been trying with this it’s a little uncomfortable my neck is kinda fat . I have tried and I usually wind up fling it across the room in the middle of the night.Update 8-6-20So it is usually just sits on my bed but recently I’ve been sleeping with it. After I do some meditation I put my head in it just the back of my head into the brackets and relax and I can just drift off like that and it seems to be OK when I use it that way. It was so expensive that I feel like I have to use it. I wanted to be able to sleep on back to sleep. I don’t want to sleep on my face anymore Because that causes lots of lines and wrinkles.

Post-neck surgery recommendation by spinal surgeon. My wife loves her sofa pillow. Worked great until the foam started to split 7m after purchase. Used daily. Very comfortable and supportive. Will be contacting the company for replacement. 370 day return policy. Also, I want to mention one of the two covers zipper broke.

I always travel overseas and does lots of road trips. I’ve tried many styles and designs of different travel pillows. The Neck Sofa is the best. Just bought another one, a pink color for my Fiance'. This product is great. I find myself traveling with it more than I did with other pillows. The shape is unique. The Neck Sofa is actually super comfy to lean your head back against the seat versus having a bunch of bulk behind your neck that serves no purpose and uncomfortable. I purchased this neck pillow for travel purposes only. I like this idea of a neck support pillow. However, compared to my regular travel pillows, it's smaller. Still debating if I should return it or keep it.

The neck sofa is amazing. I first received one as a gift for my mother, but after trying it one time, I knew I needed one. I purchased two of them, for my wife and myself. The internal support frame is stable and doesn’t allow the neck sofa to collapse or lose it’s shape. The memory foam padding is plush enough to sleep on comfortably for hours and wake without any discomfort. A real gift for anyone with neck pain or snoring issues/sleep apnea!

I am a sucker for high quality and well made products and this is one of them! I bought the chocolate brown sofa pillow and I don’t regret spending $75 dollars on this much needed neck support device. Its about the size of a regular airplane neck pillow, but the foam is a perfect balance between soft and sturdy. Looking forward to seeing if it helps with reversing my natural neck curve.FYI If you remove the plastic tag thats on the backpack you won’t be able to return it.
