4.1.2024 Clock just died. Power supply is still putting out 5volts and battery is installed but clock is dead. Would gain about a minute every two days and now is dead!

3-5 minutes running fast. Needs to be corrected weekly basis

We really wanted to love this clock. It has bright numbers and great visibility from a distance. It has neat functionality and backup battery power. The only downside I saw with it initially was the lack of a normal power cable. The requirement to come up with your own power supply should be punishable at this point and such clocks should not be allowed for sale. That's not really the issue with this unit as we had spare charging bricks to use. The issue is that for every week of time passed, it adds an extra 15 minute or so. Within 2 weeks of operation it added 30 minutes extra to the time. How can a clock, with a sole purpose of keeping accurate time, cannot keep accurate time! Contacting the manufacturer is a nightmare, with requirement to create an account on their web site, then an archaic form to fill which does not allow you to select the model you have purchased. I will continue my attempts to contact the manufacturer, but for the time being I would not recommend this clock for the sole reason that it does not keep accurate time at all.

Pros: It's cheap and no so bright that it keeps me up at night.Cons: Can not keep time. I have to constantly reset the time. It will drift off by as much as 10 minutes a day.I actually broke out a stop watch and it's between 2-6 seconds fast per minute. My best guess is that it has problems with voltage regulation. I'm now looking for a new clock.
