Q: Does it use a no or a nc emergency stop switch?

Don't buy. Ran for a couple months and it started throwing huge amounts of RF interference and shuts down computer.

Q: What is the voltage of the 3 pin laser connector?

Supply voltage and 5vp ttl pulse on middle

Q: will this work with external drivers ?

Depends on what your driving. Laser or Spindle motor then yes. Stepper drivers I believe need the inductive load to help build the driver signal. So its dependent on what your doing.
