Allowed me to connect to have an easy and cheap redundant internet connection
I have a cabin that runs on cellular modems. I use smart home devices to monitor temp, water leaks etc. and control the heeat. It is very nice to arrive to a warm cabin when there is 3 feet of snow outside. My issue was the cellular modems would go down every so often, so I connect two units to this box. It allows me to share the connection between them for faster service and leads to automatic redundant service. Win Win for me.

NOT EASY to configure
The item arrived on time, in good condition. Those are the good points. There is a small slip of paper that serves as the total amount of instruction. There are almost NO help videos on YouTube to find out how to configure this. I have no way of even figuring out HOW to test to see if this item actually works. The reason for this purchase was to have a second DSL line(4mb) to increase bandwidth in the home network. I am not a newb or an amateur. This device has proven IMPOSSIBLE to configure. I also bought two additional zyxel modems to go with this device, and no matter what settings I put the new modems in, the old modems in, this device will NOT pass internet signal. It has proven to be a complete failure and waste of time and money. There are other ways of configuring load balancing, but I WANTED THIS option because of the small size of the box and supposed simplicity of setup. Not the case. I will just end up going the route of making an actual server with extra nics and configuring pfsense instead. I do NOT recommend this product. I rarely ever write reviews. I made it a point to write a review on this piece of hardware because it has been so utterly frustrating. I do not know what types of service these other reviewers are setting up, but apparently NOT dsl lines.

Older. Locks up. Only 10/100 WAN
This guy seems to have some challenges with suddenly locking up and requiring a reset. Had this happen on two different units. This is old firmware. The WAN speed is only 10/100. Given today's faster internet speeds, this is a problem. Couldn't figure out why we weren't seeing our 200 MB download and only 85 MB until determined WAN was 10/100.

It has been Doing Fine
We've had it for a few years now. It still works great. Its small, and not noticeable. Its great for moderate home use.

Dual WAN good, VPN options lacking
Its great in that it provides dual WAN capability, but lacks in having complete options to set up VPNs with specific settings.

Powerful router
Overall result: I will recommend this device. The update to the firmware give a big push to the unit, it can control almost everything in your home/ small office.I use this router to configure the bandwidth of each device in my home to avoid crash my internet download/upload. Also you can "segregate" LAN's using VLAN's, this is very helpful to only give internet access to your visits and avoid have total "view" of your complete network, like: security cameras or chromecast etc.
