The arm does not need tightening as a bad review stated.
When you extend the faucet arm towards horizontal, it will start to drift downwards which makes you think the set screw needs tightening. It does not. Ours came with the set screw already tightened as far as it could go in so even any effort on my part didn't budge it.As you move the faucet arm up or down you should notice that it "clicks" at certain points. These are stop set points in the angle and the arm will drift down to the next click point. From what I've observed the stop points are about 30 degrees apart and the weight of the arm and faucet head will only start drifting to the next stop point after moving past the 2nd click point of 60 degrees of travel from vertical. This may not be perfect for some if they want an "exact" point to place the arm but it works just fine for us. I'm tall, have a low vanity sink so the faucet arm is rarely below a 60 degree angle from vertical. Its great you can move the faucet all around when cleaning the sink.Love the shower spray choice as well as normal aerator mode. It replaced an older similar designed faucet that didn't have that choice. Very satisfied with this purchase. It is a high quality build for a very inexpensive price, even better when it was purchased on Black Friday!

Work excellent
This is a high quality faucet. Sturdy metal and smooth operations with lots of pressure and options. Only down side was we had to buy a diamond bit to make our sink hole bigger to be able to fit.

Too loose
Worked great for a couple weeks. Now it has started dropping after it's turned off. It's a little annoying to have to constantly move it up before turning it on. Otherwise it's great. I really want to love it and I would if it stayed in place better or if I could tighten it.

Spigot falls
Ordered 2 of these faucets, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. I have to say I am very disappointed in the product, it looks good but the arm falls especially when you run hot water through it and there is no way to adjust it. Sent the other one back but the kitchen one was already installed and we couldnt go get a different faucet to replace it at the time so I will have to live with it until I can replace it!

Your sink may need a larger hole
I really like this faucet. We bought the first one about 10 months ago and have used it in several ways and multiple positions. So, it was good enough to buy another one that I just installed after work today. The pivot points can be tightened if needed. We had to drill a larger hole in our sink to fit into position. Our 1st sink is a composite material and the drill was able to get through it fairly quickly. The 2nd sink (see photos) is porcelain and requires a diamond tip drill bit at 1 3/8" size. Most American sinks are about 1 1/8". A wood jig helps to keep the drill bit in the same position (porcelain is very slippery on the polished side). Use water on the bit to keep from getting too hot and cracking the sink. Once the correct hole size is made, the faucet will fit and installation can be completed. This seems like a lot, but I really love the functionality of this faucet and believe the extra work is worth it.

I like the design, but the neck tends to bend down although I tightened at a maximum.
A problem keeping it up at the angle I prefer.

Makes your bathroom sink more versatile
First off: The center hole on your bathroom sink will need to be 1 3/4" wide. I have a very old sink, so I had to build an adapter in order to use this. There are ways to widen the hole using grinders and other tools, but please ONLY DO THIS AT YOUR OWN DIGRESSION. I AM NOT ADVISING YOU TO DO THIS, JUST LISTING IT AS AN OPTION.As for the faucet itself, I love it! I really like that I can rinse my face without having to put my head in the sink. Being able to change from a solid stream to a rainfall setting is great. My only concern is that it FEELS like it uses more water than a traditional faucet. I might be wrong, my old faucet was well over 26 years old, so take this tidbit with a grain of salt.I'm planning a bathroom renovation and wanted to test this out as an option. Totally sold on this product, and plan to get a second one for the dual-vanity.I understand that Quality Control seems to be mixed on this if you look at other reviews, but I'd say it's worth the wait.
