Not a universal fit. Think zero stars
My dislikes1. Way overpriced. Similar items for much less elsewhere.2. NOT UNIVERSAL. The company cheapened the product by excluding the universal lock ring.3. Some vendors are discontinuing Loknob products. Now I know why.

Good idea, average execution
I needed knob for a potentiometer that would modify automotive fueling. So, having a knob that would lock position was definitely needed. The idea here is that the toothed, bottom ring should keep the knob in place. The knob itself is made of two parts. The center “knob” itself, and more importantly, a spring-loaded outer sheath that will press against the toothed washer for security. Overall, a great idea. When you want to adjust the knob pull the outside sheath toward you, twist, and it go. The spring should lock the knob into the new position.Unfortunately, the outer sheath has very poor travel, and the spring is really weak. You can barely pull the knob out, and the spring lacks enough tension to Snap the sheath back into position. My gut tells me the spring inside isn’t long enough. Will it work with some fiddling for general use? Yeah, sort of. Is it a design that any general user should set and forget easily for $12+ dollars? No, I wouldn’t recommend it.
