Great value
They work the same as others for 1/3 the price. Backing a little hard to take off, I don’t know about others

Great value for those with Morton's Neuroma, not always easy to take protective strip off
For someone with Morton's neuroma, other than orthotics, pads like these can be a lifesaver because you can just put them on your foot quickly and easily and don't need to worry about switching orthotics or insoles from one shoe to another or having multiple orthotics for different shoes, etc.My one complaint about these is that the strip on the back that you remove to expose the adhesive is not easy to get off. I have to fiddle for a long time to catch the exact edge with my nail. This is not the case with other such pads I've used, so it a bit of a pain, but it's one that I will put up with given the value of these for the money.

These work great
I have been using these for about 6 months now and I can tell you that I would have a lot of pain walking without them. The backing comes off quite easily, (although I have seen other reviews that say otherwise, I don't know what they do to have a problem). They stay stuck to where I put them on the bottom of my foot and never move on me. As a matter of fact I can use these for up tp 3 days even taking them off at night and resticking them the next morning and they still stay put. I usually cut them to customize the fit to my foot and all I use is a regular pair of scissors. I definitely recommend these pads for anyone with foot problems.

hard to peel off the attach paper.
The adhesive paper is not easy to remove; why not leave a larger piece of the paper to make it easier to peel off?

Terrific Buy, and they work
I have Cavus Foot aka high arch feet. It's extreme and has caused me pain not only in my feet, but all the way up. A podiatrist recommended metatarsal pads and had a link to them on Amazon. I bought them, they helped, but the price was stupid for the number of pads in the package. Then I saw these. They are EXACTLY the same as the more expensive package sold. Same size and thickness. The backing is difficult to peel off no matter what package of them you buy. I just rotate it, picking at the backing until a tiny spot detaches and I can peel them off.The only issue is trying to figure out the placement for your particular feet. Yes they go on your feet, not in your shoe. There are videos and diagram online stating where they should be placed, but the only thing that works is trial and error. I've had to remove one or the other half a dozen times to get it in the right place. Yes the adhesive works fine, you're going to stand up and walk on it, so it's not going to fall off.

Pad works
The pads are a bit dense or else I would of given five stars but it does reduce the pain under my foot, specifically when find the right location to place it, the good thing is I can take off and adjust it until I find the right location that feels comfortable and it stoped the pain.Luckily, I found a very easy way to peel off the bottom paper! With my left hand, I used my thumb and index finger, I grabbed the edge of the felt pad, almost like wrapping it on your index finger, while with my right hand’s thumb, I used my nail to separate it and peel it off, my third time trying it took me only few seconds.

A lifesaver
These little pads are a big lifesaver! I’m able to stand for 8 hours at my job without having the pain of metatarsalgia. The easiest way to peel the backing is to use a pointed end tweezer.100% recommend these!

Very comfortable
I have plantar fasciosis as well as capsulitis in both my feet. This means my socks always feel like they’re bunched up under the my toes. Having theses metatarsal supports stuck to the bottom of my feet really helps decrease that feeling.

Picky and uncomfortable
I can't use them. I don't find them cushy at all. They're hard and picky. I now have 59 of them and don't know what to do with them.
