Been taking this for about a week. Seems to be working, though have not been able to work out much (especially strength training) because of flu recovery. My guess is that once I am healthy again and start lifting this will start removing the weight. I have had fewer sweet cravings and more meat cravings since beginning this CLA.

I have been taking the CLA since the day it arrived. I weighed myself today & was happy to see that I lost weight! I will continue to use this product because I happy with the results!!

Product has helped greatly with weighloss. I've noticed I've been eating less than in the past. Doesn't have any side effects that I've noticed. I've noticed that I also get full fast when eating meals which is a good thing.
